真的是非常滿意的一次酒店 服務非常的細緻 出去遊玩一天回來能看到衣服被疊的整整齊齊 東西都被分門別類的放置 這個幸福感不要太高 早餐口味不錯，中式為主 簡單樸素 整體的服務反饋速度很快 能夠感受到真的用心在做服務 房間的隔音很棒 我們住宿的隔壁可能是商務入住，一直都在開會，但是聲音絲毫沒有傳遞過來 下次一定還會再來的！

Bij binnenkomst in de lobby van het hotel is de service van de dame bij de receptie behoorlijk verbazingwekkend, wat overeenkomt met de kwaliteit van de diamanten service. De kamer wordt ook gratis geüpgraded. Nadat u de kamer bent binnengekomen, kan de algehele kwaliteit van de kamerfaciliteiten ook dit niveau bereiken. Er zijn slechts twee tekortkomingen. Ik hoop dat het management van uw hotel hier actief naar zal verwijzen. Ten eerste is de QR-codescanlader in de kamer van een wat lagere kwaliteit. De service kan bijbenen. Waarom moeten we dat betaalde ding een doorn in het oog laten zijn? Dit moet een probleem zijn van het managementcognitie. Ten t****e is de schoonmaak van de gastenkamer slordig. De voetafdrukken op de toiletmuur en de hardnekkige vlekken op de vloer worden helemaal niet verwijderd. Het hygiëneniveau moet worden verbeterd. Ten slotte is de afvoer van de wastafel echt moeilijk in te drukken. Het is niet goed. Dit moet op tijd worden verbeterd. Al het andere is geweldig!

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Các phòng sạch sẽ và được trang trí đẹp mắt, bữa sáng cung cấp nhiều món ăn ngon. Nhân viên lễ tân rất giúp đỡ và nhiệt tình; họ hỗ trợ chúng tôi gọi taxi và giao tiếp với những người khác. Họ tặng chúng tôi một số món đồ nhỏ dễ thương như lời cảm ơn đối với khách hàng. Rất khuyến khích mọi người tới để trải nghiệm khách sạn này nhé.

這次來住桔子酒店，住了六天全程都特別舒服、特別省心，前台的服務真的太加分了，小姐姐們説話都超温柔，態度特別好，顏值也都很養眼，每次有什麼問題都耐心解答，讓人一進來就覺得很親切。 保潔阿姨也超級細心，還幫我洗衣服真的特別不好意思，每天把房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，整整齊齊，細節都處理得很到位，床品、衞生都挑不出毛病，住着特別安心舒服。 房間環境也很好，乾淨整潔，住着很放鬆，安安靜靜的，完全不吵，待在房間裏就很愜意。 六天住下來，真的像在自己家一樣自在舒服，不管是服務還是衞生都無可挑剔，性價比超高

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mehood Hotel in Xining. The location is excellent — perfect for a stop before and after our trip to Yushu. As with many centrally located hotels, drop-off and pick-up are a short walk from the entrance, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The lifts are shared and can get a bit busy at times, but once on the hotel floor, it’s peaceful and quiet. The breakfast offers a good variety, mostly Chinese dishes, but the staff were understanding and didn’t mind us bringing extra food for the children. The staff were consistently friendly and especially kind to our kids, which made our stay even more pleasant. I really appreciated the laundry room with washing machines — being able to do our own laundry was such a bonus during our travels. The air conditioning wasn’t working but the staff quickly moved us to a cooler room on the other side of the hotel, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Xining. We’d happily come back!

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

You can go to wangfujing department store by walking from the hotel… the receptionist is very humble.. will help you anything you ask for👍🏻👍🏻the picture is the view from our room..

Het hotel had een fitnessruimte, een café en een ontbijtbuffet. De kamer was groot en gaf een mooi uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel hielp met vragen of verzoeken. Ze hielpen me hun adres in de Chinese leveringsapp *******. Ze verhuren ook de verwarming in de kamer toen ik dat ook vroeg. Het buffet is normaal 58 RMB per dag, want het voedsel dat u aanbiedt is vrij hoog. Het brood was steel en veel van het voedsel was koud of had ook een oude smaak. Gelukkig was ik er in de winter toen het gratis was en geen kosten had. Misschien in de zomer met de kosten van 58 RMB is het voedsel verser. Maar ik zou zeggen dat het voedsel beschikbaar was veel diversiteit, met zowel Chinese als westerse opties. Kamer: 10/10 Personeel: 10/10 Locatie: 8/10 Buffet: 6.5/10 Nu zou ik foto's van het hotel uploaden, maar ik filmde het alleen en maakte geen foto's en trip.com alleen foto's toestaan.

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
