Hotels in Luzern met Wifi

We stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on… Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.  At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!

Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the train station, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From a facilities standpoint, everything met expectations. However, the service provided during the night shift was disappointing. Shortly after midnight, I contacted the front desk for assistance with locating an Apple Store or confirming the train route to the airport, as my phone screen had just been damaged. The staff member on duty displayed impatience and a clear unwillingness to communicate. He repeatedly told me not to worry in front of him and to “figure it out myself,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. His information was also inconsistent—first claiming the Apple Store near the train station could repair phones, then insisting there was no Apple Store in the area. When I approached the reception directly for further assistance, he again refused to help. By contrast, the morning receptionist was courteous, patient, and provided clear guidance, including the fact that a train transfer was required to reach the airport—details the night staff had not mentioned. It is unfortunate that one staff member’s attitude overshadowed an otherwise positive experience. With more consistent and professional service across all shifts, this hotel would be an excellent choice for travelers.

Leuk zeer oud Zwitsers Hotel. Donker, veel hout, oude meubels en veel tapijt. Het hotel is in verval, scheve vloeren, zeer kleine douchekop, het piept en het kraakt en heeft helaas geen airco in de superior kamers maar wel een mobiele airco die je niet kan verplaatsen vanwege de luchtventilatiebuis die aan het raam vastzit. Een nostalgisch hotel maar niet meer voor mij.

Hotelspersoneel erg meegaand. Wanneer u op het treinstation van Luzern aankomt, gaat u naar het basstation buiten het treinstation en neemt u buslijn. 1 of nee. 19 richting Lowenplatz (3 stations verderop) en de bus stopt vlakbij het hotel.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij het Lucerne station en is gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Ook een korte wandeling naar de kapelbrug en de oude stad. Er is een eetgebied waar u kunt eten en biedt ook koffie en thee 24/7. De televisie heeft echter geen Engelse kanalen en het tapwater is koud. Er is warm water voor het baden, maar het duurt niet lang.

Not near city centre. However, hotel provided free ticket for public transport there. Overall, a very pleasant experience during my stay there.

Ik ben er een dag geweest. Er zijn twee bedden in de kamer, geen stopcontacten, maar wel twee usb-opladers. De badkamer en het toilet worden gedeeld (en dat zijn er nogal wat). Er zijn speelruimtes, studeerruimtes...
