"Although the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, in the standard twin rooms, the beds are still quite close together (a common phenomenon in Europe). The hotel's location is not far from the river; it's about a five to six-minute walk to the riverside. Crossing the bridge brings you right to the heart of the old town. You can walk to attractions like the old city walls and the Lion Monument. The service attitude is also excellent, and any issues are addressed promptly. Breakfast is good too."

"Het is te klein, de receptie is erg slecht en er wordt een toeslag in rekening gebracht voor het opslaan van bagage, namelijk 3 Zwitserse frank per stuk. Als je vroeg wilt inchecken, kost het uiteindelijk ➕ 10 yuan keuze maar om 10 Zwitserse frank toe te voegen omdat we een uur te vroeg aankwamen. Door mijn verblijf deze keer kwam ik erachter dat Ibis drie merken heeft: groen, rood en blauw. Blauw is relatief inferieur. Hoewel de kamer klein was, was deze in alle opzichten behoorlijk goed. Die in Luzern is deze keer blauw, wat echt slecht is en niet aan te raden. Er was een Spaanse ober bij de receptie die een zeer slechte houding had. Ik zal niet overwegen om opnieuw in dit hotel te verblijven, de prijs is ook niet goedkoop. Meer dan duizend. Het niet waard. Hoewel de prijzen in Zwitserland hoog zijn, is dit hotel ongemakkelijk."

"The Hotel Lucerne is convenient to central Lucerne and walking the old city. It is a small, boutique hotel - the front desk told us it is the second smallest Autograph Collection hotel in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. As a Bonvoy Ambassador Elite, we had two rooms and were placed next door to each other on the top floor with a private end of the hall, making for a quiet stay. The rooms were large for a European urban hotel, especially the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and had a very distinctive modern design. The staff was friendly and accommodating of family travel with kids. For the size of hotel, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The only drawback was parking - the hotel has only two dedicated spots, which were already taken, so we were left to find parking on Lucerne city streets. Luckily we found a spot just a few blocks away."

"Big shoutout to Kilian! We checked in late at night, and luckily, we met Kilian, who was so warm, gentlemanly, and kind. He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him. The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, not much to choose from, and the taste was pretty average."
