The service at the hostel was excellent from staff. The do consider big/heave luggage which need to carry high floor with offering locker system on the ground floor. Tq

Booked the private double room.
Toilets were clean but small. Still very functional.
Room small because it’s meant to be functional, and does what it should.
Location not the best as you need to take a 7min bus and walk to the hostel. However nothing too inconvenient. Price paid is worth.

The place is perfect for solo female travelers
They can do with having a usb port attached to their beds as well otherwise everything was awesome.

A lovely hostel with clean rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to bus stop and easy access to town and beyond. Lovely friendly staff and a yummy breakfast!

Staff not very helpful with my issue regarding charger/adapter, was impatient and dismissive. I was put in a room with all guys when I requested to stay with all girls. Amenities very basic. Would not stay here again.

It was a bonus that breakfast was included in the price.
The rooms were kept clean
All facilities were kept clean
Location was not the best, but they gave a free bus card during your stay in Lucerne!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Included buffet breakfast with gluten-free and dairy-free options (gluten free bread, almond milk). Visitor card for free public transportation is included (full price is 8.50/day) so with that and the breakfast the cost of a bed is a really good deal. It is a little out of the city center, but it's in a nice neighborhood and it's just a quick bus ride away. The laundry service is nice, they do it for you and it cost the same as going to a laundromat (10 francs). Luggage storage is very convenient and just requires a 2 franc deposit for a large locker. The checkout is 10am so if you're a late sleeper it can be difficult, but there is free coffee/espresso :)
