"the location was good. u can see matterhorn clearly but unfortunately there is a big construction crane block some view. On the way to hotel from zermatt station if you follow the google map, it gonna lead u to hard way, very high upslope hill. it will be better if hotel provide u the easy path way to hotel."

Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special. Dining – 8.5/10 The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. Wellness & Spa – 10/10 The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny. Activities – 10/10 Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable. Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes."

"Trip.com did not state the linen fee charges per person on their website. When I arrived I was shocked that a 4CHF per person per night has turned in a 78 CHF payment which is a huge discrepancy. However, it took me about 2 hours and I resolved this with the service reception of Alpen. There is no main reception in this lobby but the service providers were superb. The room is amazingly spacious and clean and it was an overall lovely stay thanks to the great service and comfort of the room."

Breakfast offered a decent spread of continental options with limited hot food, but the croissants were especially commendable."

Breakfast was simple and could be improved. However, John was professional and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of our experience. "ツェルマットの駅から歩いて10分ほど。メインストリートとは反対の方向になるが静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。 スネガ行きのケーブルカー乗り場はすぐそば（歩3分） 部屋にポットはなかったが（頼めば）沸騰水を融通してもらえたので数回は利用してとても助かった。 サウナ、プールなどはないが、バスタブがある部屋だったのでそれなりにくつろぐことができまた。 （9月だったが）外気温はずいぶん低く寒かったが、部屋には暖房が入れられていたので快適に過ごすことができた。 チェックアウト時のツェルマット駅への送迎は、5 フラン/人でした。（直接予約の人は、Free ）"
