第一次入住就在reception旁邊的房間，在房間能夠聽到酒店員工與客人的對話，私隱差，房間有露台，景色對正垃圾房行人路，但是都有部份山景，不能夠看見matterhorn.🙁
酒店提供的早餐不錯👍 想訂露台景色就看matterhorn 需要考慮考慮🤔

very close to the train station , ski bus and the town center and walking distance to all slopes but there s a small uphill walk to the hotel. We were 4 big adults in a family room for 2 nights, the wooden room was very cosy, neat, clean , comfortable beddings, enough space for our clothes, bathroom was of good size, the balcony has a nice mountainous view . The Shuttle bus was 5 CHF /person , same taxi rate. The staff were helpful, plenty of space to leave luggage before and after checking in. The breakfast was good, good selection of charcuteries, cheeses, pastries, fruits , bread and hot drinks. the waitress was particularly nice and smily . Strongly recommended

The staff was very rude and unhelpful (except for the waitress at breakfast she was so kind.) They constantly seemed bothered by questions, and were often not at the front desk during the day most days we were here. At night, no one staffed the desk, and the hotel leaves keys unattended at the desk with guest names on them for pick up. As a female, this made me uneasy and seems like a safety concern. My last day there was a snow storm most of the town was shut down. But the staff wasn’t even at the desk to help get water/tea from the bar that is supposed to be open 8-16:00. They say they have a shuttle for guest but the first day they weren’t will to pick me up just before 14:00 since they stopped at 14:00, and going back my last day they were shuttling guest for the snow. They acted bothered when I asked them to assist me with booking a tax to the train station. rooms were OK but very small. Wouldn’t recommend staying here largely due to how unhelpful the staff was. You can find similar rates for much better service.

We, family of 3 adults from India stayed in this hotel (room #403) for 2 nights. Our purpose was to visit Matterhorn and Gornergrat. Room size was ok and clean. The bathroom was quite large. The breakfast was a standard breakfast with all necessary food available. We had dinner at the Hôtel restaurant one night. The portions were good and we took two portions and shared among three of us. The taste was very good and fresh. The front desk man was very helpful and explained us about the basic tourist spots of Zermatt with connections.

Great hotel , excellent service and good location but we paid a bit high , we think “Mountain View room “ means to see Metthahorn view but end up we see another side of mountain, overall is good

Comfortable family hotel with good buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is made of solid wood, with heated room. On arrival at the train station, we were picked up by a ‘van’ free of charge. Worth booking direct with the hotel instead of via *********** or other booking platform.
