"Het is niet voor niets duur! Ik zag het landschap van het leven hier! Het bed en de deken waren erg comfortabel! De kamer is ook groot! Ontbijt en diner waren erg goed! U dient er echter rekening mee te houden dat vrienden die gevoelig zijn voor hoogteziekte, voorzorgsmaatregelen moeten nemen vanwege de grote hoogte. In eerste instantie ervaren ze symptomen als ademhalingsproblemen en een versnelde hartslag. Maar de sterrenhemel van de Matterhorn 's nachts, de zonsopgang overdag, de luchtbevochtiger en de gouden driehoekige chocolade op de kamer maken de ervaring compleet."

"Hotel is approximately 10mins walk from Zermatt train station. There is a bus stop to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station about 4mins away from the hotel, very convenient. The hotel gave us a free upgrade during our stay and the view from the balcony was amazing! The pool and sauna facility looked great but didnt had a chance to try. Highly recommend this hotel going to Zermatt!"

"The entire house is very comfortable for a family trip and has good views of Zermatt. A supermarket and the train station are just a 5-minute walk across the river. It was clean, but the washing machine and dryer are not included; you have to carry your laundry in and out of a separate building for an additional fee. We were informed that we had to leave the house at 9:30 am, but according to our reservation, checkout was at 12:00 pm."

The hotel boasts a wide array of facilities, including a restaurant, bar, smoking room, game room, and a swimming pool. We booked a mountain view room with a loft and a balcony. The bathroom and the main level of the room were very clean, and we had a direct view of the Matterhorn from our room – the scenery was absolutely stunning. However, the stairs leading up to the loft were quite slippery, and the vacuuming there seemed inadequate, as there was a strong dusty smell."
