We verbleven in een Club King-kamer en waren erg onder de indruk van het ontbijt en de afternoon tea. Je merkt echt de aandacht voor detail en de moeite die in het eten en de service is gestoken. De hotelfaciliteiten zijn uitstekend en in combinatie met het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen was de algehele ervaring zeer ontspannend en aangenaam. Het enige minpuntje was de geluidsisolatie van de kamer, want 's nachts was het geluid van de aangrenzende kamer behoorlijk merkbaar.

De medewerkersservice vanaf de auto-ingang tot de bagagebezorgservice naar de kamer was allemaal bevredigend. Het ontbijt is super compleet en heeft veel variatie. Het ontbijtpersoneel was allemaal vriendelijk en vuile borden werden snel van de tafel verwijderd. Het hoteluitzicht is geweldig... Gebakken bananen zonder bloem zijn mijn favoriet. Toen er een aardbeving van 5,8 op de recterschaal plaatsvond, was al het personeel alert, kalm en behendig om alle gasten bij het verzamelpunt te verzamelen en aan alle gasten een mededeling te doen over de toestand die zich had voorgedaan. Elk teamlid dat ik met van het front desk naar huishouding was opmerkzaam, professioneel en echt welkom. Ze gingen boven en verder om te zorgen dat mijn behoeften werden vervuld, ze zeiden altijd met een glimlach en maakten me gewaardeerd als gast. hun toewijding aan dienst verheven de hele ervaring. We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bandung in a Suite King room, which was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for a family stay. While the hotel has fewer facilities compared to some larger resorts and the swimming pool is relatively small, the overall environment was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast without many standout items, but it was sufficient for a relaxed morning. Overall, the large suite and comfortable setting made it a good option for a family holiday.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

This is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant. It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms). When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed. Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.
