Excellent location and excellent service, I would like to thank all reception members of staff for their friendly service, especially Hedi and Mrs Zahia . As well excellent room cleaning service top notch. Excellent hotel to satay in for business traveller solo traveller and for a weekend in the capital ,loved the breakfast, 100% i recommend to all friends and family members and to anyone wanting to spend time in the capital Tunis as its close to everything you need. Looking forward to staying at carlton hotel in my next trip

Er werd mij bij aankomst gevraagd om reserveringskosten van 6 dirham, ik begrijp het niet. Anders is alles perfect! Het is schoon, de handdoeken ruiken heerlijk!!!

Het hotel lag midden in het centrum. Ik verbleef in kamer 303. Klein met een tweepersoonsbed, hoewel ik een eenpersoonskamer had geboekt. De kamer was schoon, netjes en compact. Er was geen waterkoker of koelkast en er was geen glas te vinden. De nachtreceptionist was erg behulpzaam, vrolijk en vond een glas en wat water voor me.

I think the location is excellent; close to the medina, very close to the train station and a walk to the tram for Carthage. My room was great; very comfy firm bed, big, clean and could use the air conditioner to warm up the room if needed. The staff were nice especially the cleaning staff and the receptionist who checked me in; she was very friendly. The breakfast was just OK; salad (and other items) were not fresh on 3 of my 4 days. That was the only real negative, along with there being a few mosquitos in my room that I managed to catch after they bit me during the night. Overall, I recommend the hotel, and was pretty good value for money.

Flight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell. Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂

Ik was zeer verrast, ik dacht dat het een normaal hotel zou zijn, maar het zou gemakkelijk een 4-sterren kunnen zijn, alles was zeer schoon en zeer goed verzorgd en uitstekende service, het ontbijt is continentaal, ze hebben variatie en goede kwaliteit. Gratis parkeren.

No issues with the staff. Issues with visitors that have no respect for other people that stay st the hotel. You are not at home, have some class. We don't need to repeatedly have to tell you to stop signing and talking out loud for the whole hotel to hear you. Common room is for all that stay at the hotel. Do not barricade the door or tell others they cannot usd because you want to have a personal gathering. Go rent a conference room. Stop acting so disrespectful and entitled. It a hotel, not your personal living room.

It was my first trip to Tunis, and I chose Ibis based on a friend's recommendation. The hotel staff promptly attended to my check-in and were hospitable and friendly throughout my stay. I enjoyed the pub in the lobby, which was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was moderate, and I hope the variety of hot meals can be improved further.

It was good ! Clean rooms, nice pool view. Nicely located near the beach. I was super surprised to find a huge food market full of great options! The Food village was the highlight. Don’t rely on the breakfast at the hotel if you’re a foodie! It was pretty simple and had not many options. The staff was responsive and kind! The worst part was the clubs that were playing music till 4am! I couldn’t sleep. I had no idea but upon check in the receptionist told me that. I didn’t imagine it that bad.
