The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Very good location. Easy access to the King Center and nearby locations. However, the hotel itself is old and outdated. The service is not bad and also can't expect more. It is ok for just expanding a night.

Very nice. A simple note: the bathrooms have a slope that isn't right; the water doesn't flow directly into the drains, it only flows in the area. But the rest is, to be honest, very nice.

I recently stayed at Tura Hotel Al Nuzha, and I am pleased to share that my overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, with clean rooms, professional staff, and excellent service throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the room offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Dit hotel ligt in het stadscentrum, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het Kingdom Centre, het hoogste gebouw van Riyad. Het hotel is nieuw, de bedden zijn comfortabel, het ontbijt is goed en het personeel is erg geduldig en behulpzaam. Er zijn twee metrostations op slechts een paar honderd meter afstand, waardoor het vervoer erg gemakkelijk is.

Stay here quite a lot for work and love the location as there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Room and facilities are good - WiFi can be a bit unpredictable but typically works well. Staff very helpful

Clean though building is old. Staffs are good specially the receptionist. . What i have requested were fulfilled.
