"Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway."

"I visited Shin-Yamaguchi after a few days in Fukuoka. The weather was still cold, and it rained a little. From the station, just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. It’s about a three-minute walk if you have luggage. Next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and many izakayas. The manager greeted me warmly, and the staff were extremely friendly. They would greet guests as they walked in, making me feel very welcome. Welcome drinks and coffee are available until midnight—I loved their lemon water! You can also use the library/cafeteria for work or reading, which is quite convenient. Amenities are placed on the first floor next to the elevator. Breakfast tickets are available, with multiple time slots to choose from. The room size is big for the price. The bathroom is compact, but I had no issues enjoying a bath. The only inconvenience was the lack of a remote control to adjust the air-conditioner’s wind direction. There are two washing machines and two dryers on the fourth floor, both of which can be connected via an app. If you don’t have coins, you can pay through the app with a credit card, and it will show a timer for when your laundry is done. The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor. There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee. Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!"

"Het interieur van het hotel en alle kamers waren stijlvol en ruim, waardoor ik me zelfs binnen in het gebouw al vrolijk voelde. Het uitzicht op de oceaan en de rivier vanuit mijn kamer was ook geweldig. Ik werd 's ochtends wakker en genoot van de koele bries in de sauna op de bovenste verdieping, terwijl ik uitkeek over de stad. 's Avonds was er een voetenbad bij de rivier, dus ik heb mijn voeten laten weken terwijl ik luisterde naar het geluid van de rivier en naar de sterrenhemel keek. Ik voelde me zo verfrist! Heel erg bedankt."

"My kids and I love the aviances.the onseng is good.the breakfast is good but maybe if you put some others foods it will be excellent....then one thing I don't feel is that maybe if you have the facility or assistant to check in our baggage before our time is much help and wonderful.we have a lot of hotel we been but your hotel amaze us and hopefully you may improve more in food and luggage and you will see the impact of that.thank you"

"Ik gebruikte het op zakenreis. Het was een heel schoon hotel. Het was ook handig om 's avonds vlak voor het station naar een eetgelegenheid te gaan. Het inchecken bij het hotel was druk, maar de drie medewerkers reageerden snel en ik kon zonder stress inchecken. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk en had precies de juiste hoeveelheid voor mij. Omdat we de hoeveelheid rijst vooraf konden bevestigen, konden we ook minder bestellen, wat het nog lekkerder maakte. Ik zou het de volgende keer graag opnieuw gebruiken als ik op zakenreis naar Shimonoseki ga ^ ^"

"This place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs."

"This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error."

"I had a very pleasant stay and was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the front desk staff.  They were incredibly helpful and polite, going so far as to provide me with hot water when I needed, I was also greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
