The hotel was so clean, safe and comfortable. The staff is amazing. I thought it would be close to the airport though but it was not that close but that was not a problem because they provide a shuttle.

Perfect for an overnight at the airport. It’s right across from the arrival hall. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night before an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in the best location od Pretoria, connected with many restaurants, shops. It is new, beautiful and in the new area of Pretoria. The personal is all so friendly and helpful. Our room is very big, nice and comfortable.

Прекрасное и безопасное место для остановки в Претории. Очень дружелюбный хозяин, заселил нас намного раньше указанного времени заселения, что дало нам возможность отдохнуть после долгого перелёта. Этим местом управляют очень милые люди. В номере приятно пахло, он был очень чистым, матрас и подушка удобные, нам было комфортно. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Чувство безопасности присутствует, территория охраняется. Единственное, чего мне не хватило - это фен для волос. И шумоизоляция немного подвела, утром мы слышали разговоры людей за пределами нашего номера. В целом смело могу рекомендовать это место, вас встретят как хороших друзей :)

A brilliant hotel in the heart of Rosebank's shopping precinct. We loved every aspect, from the location, accommodation, service, and facilities. The hotel has a chic trendy style, matched by its famous restaurant and bar Proud Mary. The surrounding area is safe to walk around and there are many of Jo'burg's best restaurants and cafes within a few mins walk or Uber. Everything here is top quality, including the people. I loved the gym and the breakfasts!

Ik heb onlangs het genoegen gehad om in dit prachtige hotel te verblijven en ik moet zeggen dat het al mijn verwachtingen overtrof. Vanaf het moment dat ik aankwam, was ik onder de indruk van de uitstekende locatie, eersteklas service en algehele gastvrijheid.
De locatie van het hotel was gewoonweg uitstekend. Het was gunstig gelegen, waardoor nabijgelegen attracties en voorzieningen gemakkelijk bereikbaar waren. Of ik nu de stad wilde verkennen of op safari wilde gaan, de centrale ligging van het hotel maakte het een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor mijn reizen.
De service van het hotelpersoneel was werkelijk uitzonderlijk. Van het warme welkom bij het inchecken tot de attente assistentie tijdens mijn verblijf, ik voelde me echt verzorgd. Het personeel deed er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat aan al mijn behoeften werd voldaan, inclusief een speciale gunst om mijn koffer achter te laten terwijl ik op safari was. Hun flexibiliteit en tegemoetkomende aard werden zeer gewaardeerd.
Het hotel zelf was een lust voor het oog. Het straalde elegantie en charme uit, met zijn prachtig ontworpen interieurs en goed onderhouden faciliteiten. De aandacht voor detail was duidelijk zichtbaar in elk aspect, van de smaakvol ingerichte kamers tot de uitnodigende gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Het was een genoegen om terug te keren naar zo'n comfortabele en uitnodigende ruimte na een lange dag van verkennen.

I was booked into one of the Villa Suites, and it was an experience in itself. The suite was beautifully appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort in a way that felt both indulgent and homely. Every detail from the plush furnishings to the serene garden views contributed to a sense of effortless relaxation. It truly felt like a private sanctuary. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Staff members were warm, attentive, and intuitive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was assistance with luggage, dining recommendations, or simply a friendly check‑in to ensure everything was perfect, the team consistently delivered with professionalism and charm. The hotel grounds are equally impressive. Lush, tranquil, and meticulously maintained, they create a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city. It’s the ideal setting for unwinding, whether by the pool, in the spa, or simply strolling through the gardens. Dining at Fairlawns was another highlight. The room was different from the picture that showed kitchen and couch in a separate room. Smaller room than you can think. And there was no slippers. But it was clean and convenient enough to stay. The facilities such as 24 hours of gym, not mandatory to wear swim suit in a pool plus hot zacuzzi were great.

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

I loved everything about this hotel. I got drinks menu on arrival which was served free of charge, wasn’t expecting that in South Africa🤪🤪 Check in was super quicknand smooth, beautiful room with proper amenities. The hotel is in a good location sorrounded by nature. The services was 10/10, with super friendly and helful staff. I was impressed by the breakfast options and the restaurant itself….stunning and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t like their cocktails menu🥺🥺 they don’t have classic ones. 90% of their cocktails are made with sminorf 18/18 which isn’t cool. Overall, this is a great hotel and would definitely come back!

The hotel has amazing interior decor, service and vibes. The rooms were spacious, elegant and functional. The location of the hotel is within a shopping hub and is safe to walk around freely. The hotel staff are very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

We arrived late into Johannesburg from our flight from Dubai and were too late to catch our onward flight to Cape Town, so planned a night at the Intercontinental as it's proximity to the airport was so convenient. It really was an easy walk from the terminal. The beds are comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

The hotel was located in a central location. Its near a big shopping. The room was clean and thoroughly clean daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When staying there, have dinner at Aurum at least once. It's a restaurant with good food great ambience and service.
