I chose this hotel because of the free airport pickup and drop-off service, which was a decisive factor for me. The butler contacted us in advance and arranged the pickup, even sending us a small guide and restaurant recommendations, which were all very clear. The hotel environment is also excellent, the driver was very friendly, and the room was super comfortable. I do have a small suggestion though: there seemed to be too few trash cans. It would be much more convenient if the small tabletop bins were replaced with larger ones. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was also complimentary late-night congee available, so if you don't feel like going out in the evening, you can easily have a satisfying meal here. The surroundings of the hotel are also lovely; on a clear night, you can even enjoy moon gazing. Overall, I give my stay a full 5 stars.

Before departing for Yinchuan, I was a bit unsure about the room types. Upon arrival, I had a brief chat with Geng Wei, explaining my needs. She objectively detailed the differences between the two room types without just pushing the more expensive option, which was very genuine. The hotel's lamb offal soup for breakfast was surprisingly delicious, a real bonus. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

My stay at Wanda Realm Yinchuan was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Jinfeng District commercial area, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining. The lobby is grand and upscale, and the rooms are spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom facilities are complete, and from the high floors, you can enjoy a distant view of the Helan Mountains. Doris at the front desk provided warm and attentive service, and she was very quick to respond to any issues. The hotel also boasts an indoor heated pool and a gym, both of which are very well-maintained. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, including local specialties. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Wanda Realm Yinchuan again on my next visit to Yinchuan!

We chose the Kempinski in Yinchuan, and the location is excellent. Across the road are the Ningxia Museum, the Municipal People's Government, the Science and Technology Museum, and the International Convention and Exhibition Center. Daisy checked us in, upgraded our room type, and gave us access to the executive lounge, making the experience truly fantastic. We encountered a small issue with the room, and Daisy resolved it very quickly. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The executive lounge was excellent; the afternoon tea biscuits were delicious, and the dinner featured a carefully curated menu with comprehensive nutritional elements, both visually appealing and tasty. Staff in all departments were very responsible, and housekeeping service was also great. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great views! Being located in the desert, sand and dust are definitely unavoidable—whenever you open the doors or windows, a layer of dust settles inside, but this is totally acceptable. The hotel offers plenty of activities; we could enjoy one dune bashing session per day of our stay, as well as stargazing at night (though this might vary slightly depending on the package). The dune bashing experience was fantastic, and going at sunset makes it even more breathtaking. The stargazing guide was very responsible and gave a wonderful presentation. However, there were way too many children, and some were too young to sit still, running around and making noise. It was quite dangerous since it was pitch dark, and it also disrupted the stargazing experience for others. The staff member who showed us to our room upon check-in needs better training. He mentioned that the minibar was only free for the first round and subsequent restocking would be charged, pointing to a price list in the room ranging roughly from 18 to 38. But in reality, all drinks in the minibar are complimentary and can be restocked, and the fruit is also replenished daily—all for free. The butler really should clarify this to guests via the messaging group. The butlers in the chat group were fantastic and extremely responsive, with messages answered almost instantly. The staff member who came to light our campfire every evening was also wonderful. There are lots of desert plants around the hotel; it would be a nice touch to add small labels introducing what each plant is. Pick-up from the high-speed rail station and drop-off in the downtown area are both free of charge. The food at the restaurant is just average, though quite decent considering its location in the middle of the desert. Apart from the rather high prices, everything else was acceptable.

The service at EVEN Hotel YINCHUAN YUEHAI by IHG was incredibly thoughtful. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly to all requests. My stay was comfortable and well-cared for, with attention to detail evident everywhere. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose EVEN Hotel YINCHUAN YUEHAI by IHG again next time I'm in Yinchuan!

As soon as we exited the station, we saw a driver in a neat uniform holding a sign. The car was a powerful off-road SUV, and inside, ice water, wet towels, and snacks were thoughtfully prepared – these small details instantly erased our travel fatigue. There's a stretch of desert driving from the station to the hotel, and the driver specifically took us on a 'desert rollercoaster' ride, which was exhilarating yet safe, and our child shrieked with delight the entire way. Upon departure, it was even more impressive; they drove us all the way to the airport departure gate, and we didn't have to touch our luggage once, truly experiencing the luxury of 'hands-free' travel. 🏨 Room Facilities: A Sparkling Diamond in the Desert The moment we opened the door, our whole family gasped in awe. The floor-to-ceiling glass window framed the continuous sand dunes into a flowing painting. The room was incredibly spacious, with smart home controls throughout, and the bedding felt like sinking into clouds. A Dyson hairdryer, premium toiletries, a complimentary mini-bar fully stocked with imported drinks and snacks, welcome fruits, and a handwritten card showed incredible thoughtfulness. The most amazing part was lying in bed at night, opening the skylight, and seeing the starry sky directly above – this feeling of sleeping under the desert stars is unforgettable. 🏜️ Scenery: Every View is a Screensaver The scenery here is beyond words. In the early morning, stepping out, you're greeted by a gentle desert sunrise, with the light painting the sand golden; in the evening, lying on the hotel's exclusive terrace, you witness magnificent sunsets and evening glows; late at night, we listened to professional explanations in the stargazing valley, clearly seeing the Milky Way and the Big Dipper. The entire hotel is like a work of art growing out of the desert, with stunning shots at any time and from any angle. 🐫 Activity Arrangements: Fulfilling and Thoughtful The hotel's activities were so abundant that we never had a moment of boredom. Our butler arranged our itinerary in advance: early morning desert hiking to identify plants, camel riding across dunes in the morning, thrilling dune buggy rides in the afternoon, and a bonfire party and stargazing lecture in the evening. The biggest surprise was that they secretly arranged a desert candlelight dinner for our wedding anniversary – rose petals, champagne, exclusive service, so romantic it brought tears to our eyes. The infinity pool was equally surprising; playing in the water in the middle of the desert with dunes behind you – this contrast was incredibly captivating. 🍽️ Buffet: The Flavors of Northwest China on Your Tongue Breakfast and dinner can almost be described as 'luxurious'. For breakfast, freshly pulled beef noodles, steaming hot Mugwort noodles, and fresh lamb offal soup – both Chinese and Western options were excellent. The dinner buffet was king-level; unlimited Ningxia Tan sheep meat, hotpot, BBQ – all available. The meat was tender with a milky aroma. There were also freshly shucked oysters, various seafood sashimi, and an exquisite dessert bar. Chefs cooked on-site, and servers cleared plates very promptly. Every meal was so delicious we ate until we couldn't move, and the taste definitely rivaled high-end restaurants. 👩💼 Staff Quality: The Soul of the Hotel The most touching aspect of this trip was the people. From butler Xiao Yang to dune buggy driver Master Ma, from the front desk to every lady in the restaurant, they always wore genuine smiles. When my wife had mild heatstroke, the butler delivered medicine and mung bean soup in the middle of the night. When our child's clothes got dirty playing in the sand, the housekeeping auntie immediately helped wash and dry them. They remembered every guest's preferences, not with mechanical politeness, but with the sincere care of old friends. This genuine warmth is absolutely the pinnacle of the Chinese hotel industry. If I had to summarize in one sentence: Diamond Hotel made the desert feel like home, and turned travel into a truly moving experience. I'm already planning my next stay. Friends, go for it with your eyes closed, you definitely won't regret it!

Amanda at the front desk was genuinely helpful, and the room was comfortable. The entire hotel lobby has a simple yet modern style. The breakfast manager was enthusiastic and guided us to our tables. The hotel is brand new, having just opened. The facilities and equipment are very complete, and there's even a fresh beer bar in the lobby, which is a nice touch. During the day, it's very close to my business office, and dining options around the hotel are also very convenient. There's even a Metro supermarket downstairs. It's truly convenient.

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.
