Nice location close to Train Station and transport hub. Close to the market selling Winter Wormwood Fungus with a huge statue of a wormwood. Lots of food choices around. 1 Yuan bus fares to anywhere I think. Too bad it was rainy and cloudy during my stay. Construction renovations going on the building housing the Hotel so expect noise to disturb your stay for the time being or the winter months. Breakfast tickets are for the restaurant next-door which serves bao-zi and soups and noodles. You are allowed anything up to 14yuan total for breakfast. Only problem was the time it took for hot water to flow to the room. It must be a long way from the heating source. Rooms are clean and in good condition for the ratings level the Hotel has.

Een perfecte ervaring die mijn verwachtingen overtrof! Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!
Mijn verblijf in het Mandarin Oriental Hengtai Hotel was absoluut perfect. Vanaf het moment dat ik de lobby binnenstapte tot mijn vertrek, was aan elk detail gedacht.
De locatie en het vervoer zijn ongelooflijk gunstig. Het hotel ligt in het stadscentrum, op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het treinstation, en er zijn tal van restaurants en winkels in de buurt, waardoor het ideaal is voor zowel zakenreizen als ontspannen winkelen.
De kamer was een nog aangenamere verrassing. De verfrissende, speciaal ontworpen geur verwelkomde me zodra ik de deur opendeed en verdreef direct mijn reisvermoeidheid. De kamer was brandschoon, het bed was zacht en comfortabel en de geluidsisolatie was uitstekend, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. De badkamer had een aparte douche en toilet en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het slimme toilet en de andere faciliteiten getuigden van oog voor detail.
De service overtrof mijn verwachtingen ruimschoots. Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en efficiënt, ze verwerkten niet alleen snel mijn check-in, maar gaven me ook proactief tips over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de buurt.
Het is zeldzaam om een hotel te vinden met zulke uitstekende faciliteiten en service; de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is fenomenaal! Ik zal dit hotel zeker weer kiezen als ik de volgende keer in Xining ben, en ik heb het al aan mijn vrienden aanbevolen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have stayed in this hotel for many nights. I always stay here when I go to Xining on business. Convenient location, quiet sleep at night, affordable price, clean and sanitary, the room is warm enough in autumn and winter, the hot water is hot enough, overall very good!

Ik durf te zeggen dat dit de meest kosteneffectieve accommodatie in Xining is.
Ik verbleef in een privékamer en de kamer was zeer ruim.
Het was een privékamer voor de prijs van een zeebrasem en het was dicht bij het treinstation, dus ik kon niet om meer gevraagd hebben.
Het is volledig uitgerust met meubilair, waaronder een kledingkast en een bureau.
Wat teleurstellend is, is dat er geen spiegel in de kamer is en dat het aantal badkamers onvoldoende lijkt. Dat is het zo'n beetje.
De gemeenschappelijke ruimte was goed onderhouden en hoewel de faciliteiten oud waren, was het beddengoed allemaal schoon.

Het hotelpersoneel is erg enthousiast. De dame bij de receptie checkte heel snel in. Er zijn ook kleine snoepjes bij de receptie. Ze smaken lekker. Kunt u me er de volgende keer nog een paar geven? Het is erg handig en comfortabel. Het hotel is erg schoon. De kamer is schoon en licht, het bed is erg comfortabel en het hotel heeft warm water om te wassen, wat erg handig en comfortabel is. Er is ook een wasserette en een strijkmachine. Het is handig om prijzen te vergelijken voor werknemers die op zakenreis zijn. De hotelkamer is erg stil en comfortabel. Het personeel dat je in het hotel ontmoet, neemt het initiatief om je te begroeten en het voelt erg warm aan. Het vervoer rondom het hotel is handig. Je kunt gemakkelijk een taxi nemen als je het hotel verlaat. Je kunt een taxi nemen van het hotel naar het treinstation voor de startprijs. Het is ook erg handig om de luchthavenbus te nemen. Na reizen door Noord-, Noordoost-, Noordwest- en Zuidwest-China, is dit een van de beste hotels waar ik ooit heb verbleven. Een echte aanrader! De ervaring was fantastisch. De kamers waren schoon en netjes, en het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Ze beantwoordden al mijn vragen en gaven zelfs nuttige tips over restaurants in de buurt. De locatie is erg gunstig, met bushaltes en treinstations direct naast de deur.
PS: Als je dit leest, aarzel dan niet!

Zeer comfortabel hotel, op slechts een paar minuten van de trein- en busstations. Mooi, schoon hotel met goede voorzieningen. Redelijke prijs. Het enige nadeel: ik vroeg de receptie om hulp bij het vinden van de bustijden naar Xiahe. Ze vertelden me dat er geen bussen van Xining naar Xiahe reden. De volgende dag ging ik naar het busstation en kocht een kaartje van Xining naar Xiahe. Ik vind het heel ernstig om reizigers onjuiste informatie te geven. Als je het antwoord niet weet, kun je beter zeggen: ”Sorry, ik weet het niet.”

我遇到的每一個人都奇奇怪怪。可是我好喜歡你們這群***。**總愛在冬天發病。如果永遠無法理解世俗的幸福，就讓我們一起在春天來臨之前和友人跳海，再短暫的當幾日不需考慮任何事情的**。
徹夜長談後，我意識到不是每種人生都需要活的很正確。三天只睡了不到五個小時，因為完全捨不得放過任何一個有趣的靈魂和動人的故事。這次我要坦蕩的分享和記錄自己的感受，我再也不想也不要謹慎地去營造快樂灑脫了。
今天我離開西寧，坐在搖搖晃晃的通往格爾木的火車上，纍纍的。我不知道天亮以後的可可西里之旅會是怎樣的魔幻，可是當我寫到這裏，把在青庭發生的故事細細整理後，我感到心裏的恐懼一點點退卻。
我一定要銘記這一刻。無堅不摧的感覺。

Deze B&B in Xining was zeer bevredigend. Allereerst is de locatie redelijk goed: het is rustig midden in de drukte, en er zijn veel restaurants en snacks niet ver weg, evenals een avondmarkt en een snackstraat. Ten t****e is vervoer handig: veel schilderachtige plekjes zijn bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
Het belangrijkste is dat de gastheer erg aardig is, proactief op gasten wacht en snel op verzoeken van gasten kan reageren. De kamer waarin we verbleven was ruim, licht, schoon en goed uitgerust.

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

MM318961****The price was affordable when I checked in, and the room was clean and tidy. I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room thoroughly. Although the room was small, it was adequate overall. The hotel's decor was quite nice, and it was very close to the food street. The front desk staff were friendly. The only drawback was that the toilet area in the bathroom was small, and the toilet seat could not be fully tilted back. When men urinated, the toilet seat would often fall down, making it easy to urinate on the toilet, which was not very hygienic and affected subsequent use. I suggest the hotel find a way to improve this!

GGuest UserMy home is right in front of Harmony Homes. If it weren't for the guests at home, I wouldn't have known there was such an affordable hotel.
The experience is very good. A lot of toiletries are given as gifts, so you don’t need to take them from home. The decoration of the room is quite new. The mattresses and quilt cores on the bed should not have been used for a long time. They are all quite new, which is good.
We booked two rooms, and found out that the stickers on the walls of each room were different, each with its own meaning, and they were very thoughtful.
All the guest supplies in the room are disposable, so you don’t have to worry about hygiene and whether there are bacteria. You can just replace them after use. The business really thinks about consumers. In the future, guests who come to the house will choose your place to stay. Rest assured, feel at ease and take care! ! ! 👍👍👍

GGuest UserStaying at Hostel No. 45 in Xining truly exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful, welcoming vibe – it was definitely the most reassuring place I stayed on my trip.
The hygiene was impeccable. The bedding was changed for every new guest, it was spotless with no odd smells, and the beds were soft and comfy. The common areas and bathrooms were cleaned daily, always fresh and never greasy, completely unlike the damp and messy feel you sometimes get in typical hostels.
The location was super convenient, close to the train station with plenty of food options nearby, making it easy for getting around and finding meals. The owner was warm and attentive, patiently recommending local tips and helping with carpooling and finding travel companions. They were always available to help with any issues, treating you like a friend.
The atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back, perfect for meeting like-minded travelers. The facilities were complete, with stable hot water and fast WiFi, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Xining, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Northwest – you won't regret it!

EEkaterina___stStayed at this hotel in Xining before our train to Tibet — and honestly, such a good find for the price. 🙌
The location was perfect for transit:
• around 7 minutes from Xining Railway Station
• about 3 minutes from the main bus station
The hotel itself felt very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, which we really appreciated after long travel days. 🫶
There’s free drinking water, plus washing machines and dryers available — a huge bonus if you’re traveling around China for longer.
One of the best things: we were able to extend our stay for 8 extra hours for only 90 yuan because our train to Lhasa was in the evening. It made the whole journey so much more comfortable instead of waiting around at the station all day.
Would definitely stay here again. ✨

DDamien.RWe stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next morning. The hotel is clean, and all the furniture is new. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a small eatery about 300m away, and a supermarket with ready-to-eat options about 500m away. Also the hotel is ideally located near the airport and train station.
Our flight was early, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport, even giving us two energy drinks to recharge — very thoughtful gesture.
We were also able to leave our luggage there for a few days until we come back.
One area for improvement would be to provide reusable towels instead of single-use ones, because they are drying better and are more eco-friendly.
Overall very satisfied and we recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was very strong and extremely irritating to my nose.
The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and I found 1-2 small cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly designed and not properly separated into sections.
The bed was very hard, and I woke up with back pain in the morning.
There is no elevator in the building-only stairs. I had to carry my large 29-inch suitcase down from the 4th floor to the 1st floor by myself, which was very inconvenient.
I originally booked 5 nights, but I had to cancel the remaining 4 nights because I simply could not continue staying there
Overall, a very disappointing experience 😌
