"What an ‘Excellent Hotel’!!! 5 Stars from us. It dawned on me, what really sets a hotel above others, & I have concluded . . . genuine hospitality (with a special mention to Brody) whom epitomises genuine hospitality. After a long night of travel arriving late (due to unforeseen circumstances), Brody was so lovely. She felt more like an old friend than staff. She went above & beyond to meet our needs & sets this beautifully designed & artfully styled hotel apart from the others. The hotel offers beautiful all day little snacks such as freshly baked cookies, muffins, shortbread, and much more. ☺️"

"The receptionist (the female one) wasn’t helpful at all. She refused the food delivery guy to leave the food at reception and didn’t allow him to wait either for me to pickup. The guy ran back with the package and I was charged."

"Stayed here for our anniversary and it was surprisingly pleasant and awesome. Staff were genuinely attentive and meet our needs, and room service was excellent throughout the stay. The hotel sits right above Central Station with direct internal access, super convenient with escalators linking straight to the street level. Room size was nice, bed comfy, though I do wish more lighting to make room a bit brighter. Still, the overall vibe felt premium without being stiff. Great base for exploring the city, and we felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out."

"Stayed at the end of trip to the Sunshine Coast. The hotel is situated in a great area of Brisbane but overall service wasn’t the best. We ate the Greek restaurant first night but couldn’t hear each other at dinner due to the construction noise outside. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care about it. Working in the industry I know the hotel was informed of this activity. But guests were not informed. I complained but the mangager was too busy to see me at reception. If I had known about the construction I would have made the reservation. Pool was overcrowded every day. Acoustics between room and corridor and terrace very poor. When someone operates the blinds you can hear and when they are on the phone in the terrace you can hear the calls. If you use the glassware or cups. You have to call reception to have them replaced otherwise when the room is cleaned they just take them away. The location is good though with good choices for other F&B venues so you don’t have to eat at the hotel!"

"The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average."

"Strategic Location, walking distance to Roma Train Station and city centre. Room is clean just the building is getting old and lack of maintenance, is not as nice as my stay 10 years back. Get a low level unit, so no much view from my room, only can see construction side of the Building beside."

"It certainly is a lot quieter these days at Treasury without the Treasury Casino next door but having the Star Casino now as neighbour certainly makes the trip worthwhile. The location is perfect for many things in Brisbane with ample parking (paid) available. The rooms are beautifully heritage kept, roomy, supplied with luxurious linen & towels, quietly appointed rooms & a bonus late checkout of 11am…we’ve stayed many, many times & we’ll be back again!"

"This is a hotel that up to standard - it may not be the best in the world but I believe it is one of the best in Cairns. The location is a bit far - it take a good 15 mins walk to likely everywhere in Cairns city center. However it is one of the newest hotel in the town and could give you a good and fair service. The buildings in the hote and the pool is beautiful. When you walk around the town you will find all big brands hotel in the world but they all looks like historical buildings."
