"The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up. The carpet in the hallways was a bit old and hard to keep it pristine under the hot and moist climate. But once you were in the room it was another story. Beds were nice and soft and clean and bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style and good. The hotel is not too far from the Old Street area. However you still need to call Didi and it costs you little. The last point is the hotel price was very inexpensive. It gives you a very good value for your money. So if you are looking for a good hotel to sleep with budget in mind, this is the one. There are restaurants near the hotel. I will book this hotel again if I am in the area. Thank you to the front desk staffs."

"this is a very high standard hotel. great service from the ladies at the front desk and great amenities with thick towels. room is comfortable and very convenient. located right by busy intersection with lots of shops and eateries nearby. pedestrian street just few min walk. I love the location. the lobby is on 6th floor and there is someone there 24 hours which is very nice. you can walk to many places nearby amd spend whole day walking around hotel looking at shops and eating there. I would stay here again and recommend to others."

"Im okay with the hotel however they cant provide another room with good heater. It was chilly in my room, heater is not functioning well. I did not complete my 3 nights stay, after a day, i moved to another hotel, i requested to move to another room but they said No, however I found from this platform that there are available during that time."
