An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

Mooi hotel aan de rand van Krakau. 10 minuten lopen naar het treinstation, vanwaar 7 minuten naar de luchthaven. De kamer had water, een waterkoker, thee en koffie. Vlakbij, aan de overkant van de weg - McDonald's.

Dzień dobry, pobyt tylko na jedną noc ale łóżkiem nie byłem rozczarowany. Nie za miękkie i nie za twarde. Dla mnie w sam raz. W pokoju czekają dwie butelki wody i zestaw do zrobienia sobie herbaty. Miło:) Poza tym jest czysto i schludnie. Żel do mycia jest. Balsam do ciała jest. Do łazienki brak zastrzeżeń. Nawet waga łazienkowa jest:) Śniadanie jak dla mnie standard: czyli kawa, jajecznica z bekonem i jakieś warzywo:) To jest to co mnie interesuje więc dla mnie brak zastrzeżeń. I kawka bardzo dobra:) Do obsługi również brak zastrzeżeń, ogólnie polecam:) Pozdrawiam

Great location by the main square. An older hotel but the rooms were clean and service excellent.

We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant. The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

A 5 star hotel with no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful, about 7 to 10 minutes walk from Zakopane train station. Grand lobby and spacious hotel room. Definitely recommended to stay.

Het hotel ligt buiten de oude stad. Het is erg handig om naar de oude stad te lopen en er is handig openbaar vervoer in de buurt. De kamer is niet groot en de hygiëne is ideaal. Het ontbijt van het hotel is een buffet met een grote verscheidenheid aan eten. Het lobbypersoneel is beleefd en gemakkelijk om mee te communiceren Geweldig!
