I had a great stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience.
The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal.
One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me!
Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!

We kwamen om 2 uur 's nachts aan. We parkeerden in de kelder. Inchecken ging snel. De kamer was redelijk groot en ingericht. De badkamer was wat verouderd, maar prima voor mij. Maar wat ik helemaal weg was van het fantastische uitzicht vanaf het balkon op het meer in de ochtend. 5/5 voor het uitzicht op het meer.

De kamer was oké voor een redelijke prijs. Echter:
1. Locatie: Erg lastig om rond te rijden.
2. Parkeren: Geen gratis parkeergelegenheid en je moet betalen. Moeilijk om een parkeerplaats te vinden, vooral 's avonds laat.
3. Geur: Een penetrante geur kwam de kamer binnen (het ruikt naar stront, waarschijnlijk hebben ze problemen met hun riolering). Ik moest bijna overgeven van de geur.
4. Lift: Slechts 4 werkende liften en we moesten de trap naar de begane grond en de kelder gebruiken tijdens het uitchecken (andere mensen hadden hetzelfde probleem) - de liftbediening was erg slecht en traag.
Over het algemeen kan er in de toekomst veel verbeterd worden. Bedankt.

Het hotel is prima voor de prijs. De faciliteiten zijn erg beperkt, maar er is gratis drinkwater en een goede airconditioning op de kamer. Er is niet veel te doen in de omgeving, maar zoals ik al zei: voor de prijs krijg je waar je voor betaalt.

Easily the best hotel in K. Selangor. Very good facilities, convenient car parking space.
The room was great. Very clean and up to date. Had an excellent view of the river. Such a calming view to wake up early to watch the sunrise over the river.
Service staffs were excellent. Super friendly and cordial. Very Helpful when I needed recommendations on places to visit. Check-in/Check-out process was a breeze. would highly recommend the hotel just for the balcony view.

Good for its price. The bed was very clean. No shampoo provided, so bring your own. The towels were clean but had a strong bleach smell. Hot water not adjustable, you get whatever comes. The floor tiles were not level so a little bit of shape edge showing. Some parts they fixed that with duct tape. The a/c was not working on the second night due to heavy rain so it shut itself automatically to protect short circuiting, thats what the staff told me. Next morning they came and fixed it. The staff were helpful. There is a ramp in front of the hotel but there are a few steps up the stairs to get to the elevator. Overall, I was quite pleased. It was cheap and clean thats the main thing. There is a convenience store just a few steps away which closes at 10 pm. A halal steak house opposite the hotel was nice.

MMEGAT AMINUDDINI recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient.
The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout.
One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session.
In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.

GGuest UserI stayed at FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya and overall it’s good for a short stay. The location is very convenient as it’s connected to a mall, making it easy to find food. The room is simple but comfortable, and the staff are friendly. However, cleanliness and amenities could be improved. Suitable for budget stays, not a luxury hotel.

JJaxxZzzShares the lobby with Sunway Pyramid Hotel, but check-in is on the basement level. You have to carry your luggage down one floor, and the elevators are also a step down, with only two accessible from the basement.
The facilities are old; the duvet had faint, unremovable stains, and the toiletries were on par with a budget motel in China, and an old one at that.
On the bright side, the location is pretty decent, making it convenient for dining.

AAshikin FadzilThe unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests.
1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern)
Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay.
2. Inadequate cooling for unit size
The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable.
3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues
Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering.
The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom.
This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay.
4. Deposit amount and payment method
The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made.
One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system.
I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

AAu HBI stayed at Urban Inn Cyberjaya and overall it was a good experience for the price. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making it easy to travel around Cyberjaya and nearby Putrajaya.
The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest.

NNIJThe location indeed very strategic, just beside it you have mamak restaurant. If you’re hungry in the middle of the night / no worries if you want to sahur since i stayed during recent Ramadan. However, you got what you paid for. The room is small. You can hear almost everything whats happening outside the room. I like when it have wall fan. Haha. Yes..i’m fully aware it’s a budget hotel. So this is my honest review 😌

GGuest UserBooked for older parents to stay. Location was ok with shopping mall at below. Convenient to find food. The unit is big and spacious. You will need to travel in group as there is only one access card given. Going to parking and accessing lift required assess card. So it is troublesome if you travel separate ways. The guard is not allow to help you access your own floor. You will need to use your own assess card. Sofa cover teared off. Not comfortable to sit. Overall owner is quick to response to our queries.
