Ik vond dit hotel echt geweldig!) Vanaf het begin begroetten ze me hartelijk en hebben ze zelfs mijn kamercategorie gratis geüpgraded naar een superior kamer.) Bij het inchecken brachten ze als compliment een drankje en koekjes op een dienblad. 🙂 Zeer behulpzame en prettige service. Ik heb 's ochtends extra betaald voor het ontbijt - een buffet met een focus op Indiase gerechten, oké)) Ik raad het aan.)

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. - Het is een geweldig hotel. Het verdient de kwaliteit 5-stars. Het hotelpersoneel heeft vooral een gevoel van gastvrijheid. Ze vroegen actief naar de behoeften van de klant, zoals het vragen van extra voedsel op een ontbijtplaats, het geven van koekjes met een handschriftbrief voor mij en het stellen van voldoende drinkwater met eco-vriendelijke glasfles. Passief, wanneer we het per telefoon vragen, reageerden ze en handelden zo spoedig mogelijk, zoals het geven van ons extra handdoeken, het lenen van een wijnopener, en het geven ons informatie over de uitzichten rond het hotel. Als ik naar Agra en mijn vrienden kom, kom ik er sterk aan en beveel het.

Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

Hotel location is convenient and room is spacious. One of the better hotel in Kanpur. However can do better with the wifi as we keep getting disconnected or unavailable. We stayed for only 2 nights, and both nights the electricity kept tripping 6-7 times. Will definitely not use the swimming pool as I saw in the morning a flock of pigeons bathing in it. Weather is hot so they need a cold bath. 😂

Amazing place to stay n loving staff mainly Pem, Ravi ,Prachi n Jyothi Thanq for your hospitality n making us so comfortable Very near n clean n near to all the amenities near by Food n breakfast also awesome Used their hotel cab service also good n price also reasonable n it’s worth n feel safe if ur tourist n also no need to have a guide also Can request the room environment of our choice quiet , near lift or away etc Over all very good if i have any membership or any rewards u can check staff have lots of patience to hear us n provide the details Thanq again

we had booked a half board package and the stay and the food were excellent.the reception staff was very attentive and always eager to see to the comforts of the guest. particularly the duty manager Ms Prachi was very helpful and supervised with keen interest and came forward to see that the guests were never inconvenienced. the restaurant staff were always on their toes and in spite of large number of diners , was seen serving with smile and there was no delay in executing the orders. the cooks were also eager to help and prepared dishes that were not placed in buffet.  the dinner was good with lots of varieties and was very tasty.

I had an exceptional stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, India. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were outstanding. The hotel’s modern and elegant design perfectly blended with the cultural charm of Agra, making it a relaxing and luxurious retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The food was another highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed both the international and local Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas. The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in this beautiful city.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.
