"*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality!
I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!).
The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation.
As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day.
One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach.
Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Great job, Model J!"

"The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there.
Food:
The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋
Amenities:
There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience."

"Ik heb geen opmerkingen over de kamer, alles was perfect.
De bibliotheek is klein, maar nog steeds in orde.
Het was tijdens het hoogseizoen, dus al het personeel was erg druk, waardoor de service niet zo goed was.
Het duurde meer dan een uur om in te checken in de middag, rond 16.00 uur.
Ik verbleef twee nachten, maar de kamersleutel was maar voor één nacht geprogrammeerd, dus ik kon de t****e dag de kamer niet in. Ik moest terug naar de lobby om de sleutel te laten controleren.
De gastenservice was constant bezet.
Ik vroeg om een nieuwe handdoek, maar de nieuwe handdoek had nog steeds grote gele vlekken en haar erop en was zelfs niet goed gevouwen.
De liftvloer was nat en glad; gasten van het zwembad konden direct de lift in en er was geen personeel aanwezig om de lift schoon te maken."

GGuest UserI recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods.
The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable.
There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone.
Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

AAimaaaanIt was a wonderful stay and a perfect start to our honeymoon. The hotel made the experience extra special with a beautiful towel decoration, a congratulatory cake, and lovely mirror decorations in the room.
We also needed to print quite a number of documents, and most of the printing was provided complimentary, which was very kind and greatly appreciated.
The room amenities were excellent, with good-quality shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and other essentials provided in generous quantities. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a memorable experience.

LLoumir2024This luxurious hotel located at anyer area, the beach area located across the hotel we need to used the shuttle provided from the hotel to the beach and car park. The shuttle going back and forth from one location to other, so we need not wait too long.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also clean with complete amenities. There's coffee machine ready to used and coffee capsules. The staffs are very helpful from the first time we arrived and during our stays.
The swimming pool and kids play area is very nice, the spa, the gym and also the shops.
The restaurant ready to prepare our order and the food are delicious, we also stays to have lunch before we leave.
Overall very nice stay during our vacation, very pleased with the food and services.

FfuuyunghaiI stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

Vv8989I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age.
Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.
