Hotels met Gym in Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Excellent and pretty new hotel. Breakfast is very good and abundant. Hotel staff very friendly. The only cons are the thickness of the walls. We had noisy people next door that disturbed us early in the morning. The room is a little small for a family of 4. Special mention to Daniela, our housekeeper. She has been great!!! Super recommended hotel.

Perfect location for Liberia Airport with a free shuttle every 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and had amazing facilities including an outdoor pool and gym. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Air con unit was very noisy and we did have to turn off but the room was cool enough anyway.

We booked our last night in Costa Rica there to have an evening in the Casino and a nice buffet breakfast in the morning before heading to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is gorgeous. The rooms were great.(except weirdly no faceclothes) However, the casino was closed and no mention of it upon booking and highly advertised as hotel and casino. And, the buffet breakfast consisted of cold eggs and a bunch of carbs. No meats. When asked if more eggs were coming staff just pointed at the cold ones in the near empty pan.

Magaritaville is conveniently located near the marina where you will find several restaurants and shops and is located on the beach. The hotel is smaller than I imagined for an all inclusive. I opted for only breakfast but if you are a drinker, the all inclusive might be a good choice, the pool has a swim up bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good. If you are looking for convenience, I definitely recommend.

酒店確實有點舊，但保養得還不錯，很乾凈，度假感非常足。尤其是位置非常好，出門就是小鎮中心很熱鬧很好逛（旁邊Pizaa店很好吃）。酒店面朝大海，幾乎就是私家沙灘。沙灘品質非常好，水清沙幼，一直延伸到很遠也不深，感覺雖然不如坎昆的海那麼顏色漂亮，但反而更適合玩（尤其是沖浪）。雖然是公共沙灘，但酒店自己的草坪區很大，可以在酒店的長椅和椰子樹下休息，下兩步台階就到沙灘，所以並不需要去沙灘上和大家搶位置。沙灘很乾凈，也很有人氣，很多租沖浪板和教沖浪的課程，甚至還可以在沙灘上做按摩，很有趣。塔馬林多是旅遊熱點，可以在當地找旅行社報很多短途Tour，我們報的一個晚上看海龜產*的3小時Tour（每年11-4月是海龜產*期），非常有趣。我們衹住了一晚，其實多住一晚會更放鬆。總之值得推薦。

Just returned from our stay at the Planet Hollywood and have mixed feelings.  There were some excellent aspects… but also a few areas for improvement!  Let’s start with the good stuff: Edu (bartender at the lobby bar) was a STAR.  Trust him to make your drinks, just tell him the flavor or preference for liquor) and he will spin you up something completely magical!! We LOVED spending our nights sitting at the bar watching Edu make peoples evenings.  We also loved the included watersports like paddleboarding and kayaking ( unfortunately the big water tricycle was out of order).  The Fuel Coffee bar is also a fabulous addition and great place to escape the heat for a cold coffee.  Now, the negatives - the front desk staff was pretty subpar and didn’t seem to communicate very well - one girl was actually very rude when I was trying to sort out a room situation and I wish I got her name.  The pool drinks are SO bad.  Not sure what type of bottom shelf alcohol they use at pool bar, but we tried so many different drinks and they were all disgusting.  The only thing somewhat drinkable was the Mojito.  I ended up switching to non-alcoholic drinks after day 1 and they were much better at the pool.  Did my real drinking at the lobby bar with Edu in the evenings.  Otherwise, the room was clean - resort was nice and entertainment was entertaining.  The food was decent but the buffet was SO hot and humid without any air conditioning. Overall, this was far from the best all inclusive experience I’ve had, but, we still made the most of it and had a nice time.
