De receptie stemde ermee in om om 11:15 uur een taxi voor me te regelen. Ik checkte uit en vroeg naar de taxi. Ze rekenden me 300 dollar en vertelden me vervolgens dat het de hotelshuttle was, geen taxi, en dat ik op andere gasten moest wachten. Ik moest op twee plekken stoppen en ik had een taxi nodig. Ze zeiden nee, dat was niet wat ik had gevraagd (en ze stemden toe). Toen begonnen ze in hun eigen taal tegen elkaar te praten en te lachen. Ik weet niet wat er grappig was. Ik kreeg nog steeds geen taxi. Alleen hun taxichauffeur zonder andere gasten. Teleurstellend.

Basthroom is small and full of mould
Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam
No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor
The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming)
Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?)
On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet.
Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

A FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%. Thanks for all guys🙏🏻❤️

It was clean and relaxing place to stay. I like the fact that it offers some drinks/food that you can consume and pay, if only i was traveling with my family or friends it would be even happier and fun

The check in staff was amazing! Other staffs at the resort were friendly and accommodating. They even have a security personnel that is visible. The resort space is huge. Will definitely book again and bring my family. Great for kids and kids at heart. Thank you for the warm welcome.

The photos that they post on fb shows acesss to the photos by the beach are not true.
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. But transportation waa difficult catch a trike to town. And the is very limited. The breakfast was limited to a cup of rice fried egg. And small small amount of corn beef or I guess it was ham..
It would be a good place for the evening as they have music
If I return out all the choices of other places to stay

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

It's good food is good.Ung saksakan lng sa room 104 where I stay is grounded sya.i try to charge my loptop isa tabi ng telephone area d sya nag ana. But I tried other saksakan sa baba ng TV. Napaka quite nya sarap mag relax .all in all I love it.ill booked more soon.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Summit hotel, my family enjoyed a lot, the service is great, staff are friendly. The swimming pool which my kids enjoyed and had fun, surely will come back again to stay foe another trip. Location is very convenient for shopping and grab some food. Overall it's a perfect place to stay during our stay in tacloban.

GGuest UserI booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

AAnonymous UserGreat service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.
