I really enjoyed the Hotel’s location. I really like the breakfast. It was very fresh and lots of choices. The view from the bedroom was really nice. I liked how big the rooms are I like how fresh the towel smelled and the water pressure was very good. I like the additional robes and slippers that were provided and everything worked very well and is good quality. I like the pool and the gym. Everything I needed was there for a good fitness workout.

While the hotel's amenities were excellent, a serious security breach overshadows everything. Staff gave my room key to an unauthorized person not registered to my room. This is a fundamental failure in customer privacy and safety, which prevents me from giving a higher rating.
My stay was marred by a significant security lapse. Despite everything else being satisfactory, I was shocked to learn that the front desk gave my room key to another individual without my permission. This person was not registered to my room, which raises serious concerns about privacy and safety protocols. I have never experienced such a breach in any hotel.

酒店的位置在市中心，距離爐門沙灘雖有一段距離，但也很方便，沙灘附近的酒店常常滿房且房價很貴。
這家酒店因為是新酒店，所以房間的衛浴以及床鋪設施，乾淨衛生讓人舒服。這次酒店安排我們住高樓層9樓，可以欣賞窗外的風景鳥瞰榮市，欣賞美麗的夜景。
另外櫃檯人員服務態度很好，會主動關心入住的品質・早餐餐點也很豐富，尤其是早餐有黃鱔魚湯，非常美味。
還有停車有專屬停車位方便，門口外的保安態度親切。整體而言服務有專業性很好，值得推薦。下次還會入住。

De hotelomgeving is erg mooi. Je kunt kiezen uit kamers met zeezicht of villa's. De locatie is een beetje afgelegen, maar het zal snel levendig worden. De kamer is schoon en netjes en het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Ik ben momenteel verblijf in het laagseizoen, dus het hotel is rustig!

Excellent service and excellent cleanlines. Only problem is that the gym is REALLY lacking. The gym needs more equipment and weights. Not possible to do a proper workout with the equipment they have. Aside from that it was all good.

出差去義安瓊琉，附近沒啥像樣的酒店。於是就嘗試了這家號稱五星奢華酒店。關鍵是攜程價格真香！
位置：這個酒店真的就在山裡，裏面有zoo, water park，golf club，就是一個度假村。入住期間基本上都是當地一大家子老老小小來度假的。當地人幸福指數挺高！
餐飲：每天都是早出晚歸，衹有機會在酒店享用早餐。選擇不是很多，但Pho味道是不錯的（就是有蒼蠅飛來飛去）；咖啡也有就是很苦，自己摻點牛奶；早餐時段人都不少的。每天確保能吃飽。
衞生：房間設施不豪華，但清清爽爽，符合我的基本要求，特別是衞生間無怪味，空間也寬敞。所以倒是住得挺舒服。而且勝在安靜，每天睡得也不錯。

Disposable slippers were not provided; 2. The electric kettle was broken; 3. The showerhead had low water pressure; 4. The bathroom light switches lacked waterproof covers.

The hotel entrance is not wide enough and can easily get congested. The lobby area is small, and the staff's service could be improved. The rooftop restaurant is still not open. The swimming pool is too small, and the air circulation is poor.

GGuest UserThe owner is from Hubei and has been in Vietnam for many years. The handsome receptionist speaks Mandarin. The room facilities are basic, and the cleanliness could be improved. Vinh City is quite nice; Wang Bo's temple and tomb are in a seaside village about 20 kilometers away.
