Eerlijk gezegd een 10/10 geweldige plek. Geweldige shuttleservice naar de haram en terug. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en roomservice. De beste persoon als je iets nodig hebt is Arman. Arman, moge Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) van hem houden, hij is een geweldige man die je met alles helpt!

Dichtbij de haram, op 10 tot 15 minuten lopen. Ze hebben ook een pendelbus, maar die is beperkt (alleen beschikbaar tijdens de gebedstijden). Er zijn bouwwerkzaamheden gaande naast het hotel. Het hangt ervan af waar je een kamer krijgt toegewezen, je kunt er wat lawaai van horen...
Verder zijn de kamers goed, maar naar mijn mening is het meubilair een beetje oud en ook de vloer van het toilet is aan vervanging toe.
Het (gratis) ontbijt is goed. De voorzieningen zijn goed, maar er ontbrak één ding: een strijkijzer.

Fantastisch hotel, vriendelijk personeel en uitstekende service. Het ligt op 30 minuten van de Masjid Nabwi. De kamers zijn erg schoon en ruim. Zeker een aanrader als je met je gezin naar Medina gaat.

Het personeel in het hotel waar we verbleven was ontzettend behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is wel in een wat minder ontwikkelde buurt, maar qua veiligheid was er geen enkel probleem. Het is een boetiekhotel en de kamers zijn ruim. Er is geen restaurant, dus er wordt geen ontbijt geserveerd. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed en de ligging is niet al te ver van het centrum. Over het geheel genomen is het een aanrader. En overigens, de internetverbinding was erg snel. 🤓

Dit is de t****e keer dat ik in dit hotel verblijf en de belangrijkste reden is de locatie. Het ligt vlakbij de Masjid Nabwi, waar je kunt bidden en in elke gebedsruimte weer terug kunt komen. De vrouwenpoort is ook vlakbij.
Ik reis met de auto en er is gratis parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar, wat een geruststelling voor mij is. Beide keren heb ik gratis kunnen parkeren, *************.
Er zijn veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt, ook in het winkelcentrum Taiba.
Over het algemeen erg goed.

Met een verblijf bij Mg Crown Hotel 2 in Medina, in de buurt Qurban, bevind je je op 5 min. rijden van Moskee van de Profeet en Nieuwe Bilal Markt. Dit hotel ligt op 1,7 km van Ghars Bron en op 2 km van Bilal Ibn Rabah Moskee.
Enkele van de voorzieningen zijn een 24-uurs receptie, een lift en kluisjes.

AAnonymous UserI booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel.
One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay.
They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

DDakanpuqiliThe room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hygiene was excellent. We had a delightful view overlooking the Malaya Concert Hall. The staff were incredibly friendly. On the night we checked in, our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, and the handsome guy at the front desk even used his own car to help us find the taxi driver – we were so grateful! The canyon swimming pool was also a nice highlight.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

GGuest UserCleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby.

AarsheelFor what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.
