I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

자연친화적인 곳이에요. 자전거를 타고 호텔을 구경하며 코아티, 도마뱀, 이구아나까지 여러 동물도 만날 수 있었어요. 바로 앞 바닷가도 멋지고, 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 식당도 많아서 호텔에 있는 동안 행복했습니다.

Ik zal dit hotel nooit meer kiezen! Vervoer: Omdat het een vijfsterrenhotel is, is er geen shuttlebus. Een taxi nemen is slechts 9,5 km en kost na onderhandelen US$ 40. Uber is niet mogelijk. Inchecken: Bij het inchecken is het tropische uitzicht een eindeloos uitzicht op de jungle. Ik heb 200 dollar uitgegeven om te upgraden naar een kamer met zeezicht. De persoon bij de receptie zei ook dat dit een superkortingsprijs was die hij had gegeven. Vertel het niet aan anderen, haha! Lobby: Misschien is eind juli nog steeds het hoogseizoen en zit de lobby elke dag vol met mensen! Ik dacht dat ik een hotel had gekozen dat niet in het 7-karaktergebied lag, omdat het hotel nieuw was en er minder mensen waren. Ik was te naïef! Kamer: Schoon en eenvoudig, de ruimte is vrij groot. De glazen wand van het toilet is transparant, graag apart vermelden. Kinderclub: dit is iets waar ik over kan klagen. Met een kind jonger dan 4 jaar kan ik alleen spelen in het kinderzwembad voor het hotel! Het formulier staat vol met activiteiten, maar jongeren onder de 4 jaar mogen niet meedoen! Neem je kinderen mee op vakantie, verblijf in een hotel voor $ 330 en heb een kinderzwembad om in te spelen! Zeer oneerlijk tegenover kinderen onder de 4 jaar! Het strand is nog steeds geelbruin, met overal zeewier! Het ruikt visachtig!

De faciliteiten verouderen en de badkamerverlichting is kapot, maar ze werden tijdig gerepareerd. Het bed is relatief comfortabel. Gratis drankjes van 11.00 tot 23.00 uur, wat geweldig is. Zwembad op het dak, zeer schoon. De turquoise zee ligt aan de linkerkant (met barrières) en je kunt tegelijkertijd de stadslichten voelen. Het restaurant in de achtertuin van het hotel serveert authentiek Mexicaans eten en is lang genoeg geopend. De obers zijn eenvoudig en vriendelijk en het serviceniveau moet worden verbeterd.

It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

Uitstekende externe faciliteiten, 2 zwembaden, waarvan er één geïntegreerd is in de strandomgeving, bars bij het zwembad en een restaurant. Yogalessen, boksen, volleybal in het zwembad en enkele gevarieerde attracties. Het gehele personeelsteam is zeer attent. Zeer compleet ontbijt. Ik hield van alles aan NYX

We kregen een kamer opwaardeerd naar zeezicht, mooi, grote kamers en comfortabel bed. De faciliteiten in het zusterhotel naast de deur waren beter dan onze, maar omdat jullie beide toegang hebben, was dit geen probleem. Vriendelijk, helpend personeel en goed eten van de drie restaurants die we proberen. Alle inclusieve dranken in ons pakket waren lokaal en niet erg leuk - dit zou mijn enige griep zijn!

Het hotel is echt mooi. Ik boekte het met enige aarzeling, maar uiteindelijk was ik zeer tevreden. Faciliteiten: Eerlijk gezegd zijn de faciliteiten wat gedateerd. De airconditioning bij de receptie was niet koud (die van de kamer wel). De kamerfaciliteiten waren gedateerd. Op mijn eerste dag ontdekte ik dat de kraan het niet deed en dat verschillende gaten in de douchekop verstopt zaten, waardoor er water lekte. Schoonmaak: Erg schoon. Omgeving: Het hotel is erg mooi. Het heeft een eigen strand met fijn zand, veel parasols en genoeg plekken om te ontspannen. Er zijn vier hotels in het hotel, waarvan er twee reservering vereisen, en reserveren is over het algemeen gemakkelijk. Het hotel dat we boekten was redelijk goed, vooral het Sunset Restaurant. Het gegrilde vlees, de pasta en zelfs de salades waren allemaal bovengemiddeld. Service: Het personeel van Amigo was erg aardig. We hebben niet veel fooi gegeven, maar ze waren erg gastvrij en vriendelijk, ongeacht of je fooi gaf of niet.

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.
