Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

這次假期自由行選擇在樂家酒店，酒店位於7字灣酒店區最好的位置，三面環海，景色很美。外出購物覓食泡夜店都很方便，酒店屬於全包，吃喝娛樂全部包括。摩託艇及與海豚互動需自費及提前預約，5晚體驗了兩種房型：能看見海豚的房間海濱房和成人樓的綠松石海濱房，兩個房型都能看見海景，我更喜歡海豚房，站在陽台即可看到樓下的海豚和遊客互動，也可以看到泳池和海，景色很美，成人樓除了小童不可入住，衹是多了一個無邊泳池的權益，其他設施及餐廳還是要和遊客共享，餐廳除了鐵板燒味道一般其都很好吃，適合酒店躺平及帶娃兒度假。

整體都滿意 食物質素也很好 服務也不錯 不過如果想要玩水上活動需要走到另一角落的酒店 路程比較遠 整體很好推薦

酒店有點年頭了，硬件偏舊，但是服務還是到位的，工作人員很熱情，見面都會打招呼，房間衞生打掃和物品補給都很及時。一價全包太方便了，入住後負責躺平就可以了

Cancun的Hyatt Ziva是我會無限次去的酒店之一。
第一、酒店內部有2棟樓，僅成人入住的高層樓配有頂樓無邊泳池，大堂入口需要刷的門禁卡，私密性好。
家庭房可帶小童入住又分兩種房，海豚房和海景房，到酒店前台升級了1晚海豚房（加100美金），落地玻璃門推開就是海豚區域，一共有六條海豚，可以和海豚拍照，小朋友可以獨立拍照的100美金，需要成人陪着進水池的200美金2個人30分鐘，值得體驗。
我個人覺得還是海景房好，推開大落地玻璃門就是一望無際的果凍海，也比海豚房安靜，海豚區域隨時都可以過去看海豚，所以海豚房的意義不大。
第二、酒店的八大餐廳都去吃了一遍，早餐都是在自助餐風味的餐廳裏吃的，品種豐富，可滿足各個國家人的口味，最推薦的就是意大利餐廳、法國餐廳，是點菜的方式。還有酒店配有無限量暢吃的甜品屋（中午12：00～晚上9：00），蛋糕甜品都是我強烈推薦去品嚐的，奶油做的特別好，不甜不膩，不像美國的蛋糕齁齁齁甜～
第三、強烈推薦海邊小屋，早9～晚6，配有點餐、酒水、椰子、按摩的服務，一天150美金。
第四、帶孩子的家長一定要把送到Kidz club，圖十二配圖為裏面的活動，裏面配有6位老師，都是非常非常nice的女生，熱情對孩子們超級有愛，我的女兒每天都要去。活動也特別豐富，串手串、手繪帽子、製作相框、海邊挖沙子、卡丁車比賽等等，帶娃的家長可解放雙手。
第五、酒店的服務人員態度非常好，1、5、10美元的錢多帶一些用於吃飯給各個餐廳的廚師及服務人員。酒店的亞洲餐廳有鐵板燒是需要預約的，可通過管家預約。
第六、喜歡喝酒的朋友們可盡情的享受一下，酒店的酒吧從早上開到晚上11點，最好給調酒師一些小費這樣你喝到的調酒酒精含量會好一些，否則喝起來像果汁🤭
第七、酒店外面步行5分鐘就是當地的超市，購買紀念品可以去超市買，價格比較便宜，一定不要去步行街購買紀念品，價格是超市價格的10倍。
有些遺憾的是我們這次沒有匹配到管家，因為每個房間都配有私人管家，會講中文的管家在我們入住的一週裏面沒有上班。因為刷到管家會送房間裏紅酒，每個房間都配有服務的ipad，點餐大概40分鐘後送到，服務特別周到。
無論是親子入住還是情侶入住這家酒店是必去之處，強烈推薦。

私はフレンチが1番好きでした。
スイーツも甘すぎず美味しい。

管家英文很好，回覆消息非常及時。
海景超棒，有酒店區最好的海水質量。
浴室非常好用！
Room service等待時間比較久，但很好吃。
缺：
各個餐廳分時段開，每個時段可選擇的餐廳有點少，a la carte的幾家高峯期食物質量明顯下降。

専用のバトラーも付いていて、何かお願いしたい場合はLINEや what'supでやりとりが可能です。
どのレストランも総じて美味しく、どこのスタッフもフレンドリーでとても良い時間を過ごすことができました。またぜひ宿泊したいホテルです。
