"The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"房間是小朋友喜歡的閣樓斜頂，小朋友很開心，房間比想象中大，有專門的懸掛區，還有櫃子和小沙發，東西都能收好不會亂糟糟的，帶娃東西太多😭房間全屋智能很乾凈，老闆人也超nice還給小朋友送了小煙花，整體性價比非常高！民宿旁邊就是雲頂集市，周邊餐飲很多，逛吃一點也不費媽，帶孩子的家人們沖！"

"服務：長白山我最喜歡的酒店，酒店客服會提前聯繫，長白山站接站到酒店裡麪。王巖大哥會熱情地給我們介紹長白山的玩法以及周圍景區，耐心的介紹酒店每個設備設施在哪，時間段是什麼，並且提前幫我們聯繫包車，價格非常合理。 P1，雪人軍團（衹是其中一衹啦），一羣雪人站在酒店大門前，非常壯觀。憑房卡進去近距離拍照，和雪人合影。 P2，酒店自帶的燒酒館，有地方特色菜，也有一些高端食材，人蔘鴿子湯，真的特別鮮！ P3，酒店的露天温泉，有大大小小將近十個吧，還有超級火的“鐵鍋燉自己”，還有蜂窩煤。記得帶上泳褲！ P4，房間乾淨整潔，每天都有水果和茶水（冰糖雪梨和五味子，每天不一樣），每天都會打掃，衞浴乾濕分離，還有超大落地窗，美景盡收眼底！ P5，住了兩次了，這次才知道竟然有“暢飲時刻”，啤酒，飲料在下午特定時間段免費暢飲，玩完回來暢飲一下，然後去泡温泉，真的很舒服！ P6，早餐，麪條，粉絲，水餃，餛飩，腸粉，時蔬，煎蛋，牛奶，麥片，粥，沙拉，還有粵式早點，可選擇性多，開放時間長，早上非常方便。"

"The location is nice, right next to the door about 200m is the slope to 恩都里. The staff is hospitable. The “lake” mentioned in the introduction is actually part of the park. I guess there would be ducks and flowers in other seasons. Yet, the bathroom and toilet in our room are not separated by a proper wall, but instead by glass doors and walls, so you literally shxt in front of the bed if you do not close the door. But well, you get what you paid… ："

"酒店乾淨衞生，該有的設施都有，服務很熱心。 家庭房很寬敞，沙發區在冬天很管用，可以放裏三層外三層的衣服。電視下面的長條桌台從進門一直到窗邊，也極其實用，帽子手套圍巾背包等等統統都放得下。早餐也比較豐富，熱菜每天不同。 酒店位置不在鎮中心，有兩公里多的距離，出門打車或坐5元一位的小公交，幾分鐘就到了，還算方便。周邊步行可及有好幾家餐館，味道都不錯。 火車站免費接送安排的很好，司機幫着拉行李。還可以請酒店幫忙包車去景區，價格公道，服務好，不上趕着推薦遊玩項目，不催客人。我們去老裏克湖，下山時天都黑了，司機大姐也沒有半點不耐煩。 真心推薦。"

"非常開心的一次旅行✈️來長白山旅行和出差的朋友們推薦這家民宿。首先民宿位置好，距離長白山高鐵站車程10分鐘（悄悄告訴你老闆提供免費接站哦，貼心的幫我提了行李）距離長白山北坡景區買票處車程10分鐘，長白山太美了拍不夠（交通方式可以滴滴，可以公交車直達，可以騎行，如果你喜歡運動可以沿着步行綠道走路3.5KM腳下踩着皚皚白雪發出嘎吱嘎吱的聲音）樓下不遠處就是美人松公園，中華秋沙鴨公園（拍照巨出片）。當然，附近還有親親燒烤店和韓式炸醬麪店，早餐店，葯店和超市。👍（麪妥妥滴延吉口味，擼串滿足你的味蕾）。民宿非常的乾淨，設施也齊全，有洗衣機，電子馬桶是我必須的選擇，房間也超大。房間巨暖和非常舒服，把門外的冰天雪地擋在了窗外👍冬天現在窗前看雪那種感覺沒有哪個南方小朋友拒絕的了噠～這一塊槓槓滴。我在房間的陽台可看雪，玩雪（冬天帶小朋友的可以堆雪人啦，我想看夕陽圍爐煮茶也可以衹是我太忙了～）很愜意😌最後説一下服務很好呀，民宿住的就是私密，舒適，隨意。民宿還可以定漂流票（兩個字形容漂流“刺激”）5分體驗。 A very enjoyable trip ✈️ Friends traveling and business trips to Changbai Mountain recommend this Airbnb. First, the guesthouse is conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station （whispering to your boss, helping me with my luggage）. It's too beautiful to take photos at Changbai Mountain Park （where you can walk 3.5 km on the greenway）. Of course, there are also KinKin BBQ restaurants, Korean fried sauce noodle shops, breakfast establishments, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. 👍 （Faceful and delicious, skewers to satisfy your taste buds）. The Airbnb is incredibly clean with all necessary facilities, including a washing machine and an electronic toilet. The rooms are also extremely spacious. The room was incredibly warm and comfortable, blocking the icy cold from outside the window 👍 Now, in winter, watching the snow by the window feels like nothing Southern kids can refuse. This is a piece of amazing stuff. I can watch the snow on the balcony of my room and play with it （you can build a snowman with kids in winter, but I just want to watch the sunset over the fireplace make tea too busy~） 😌 Finally, the service is great; the Airbnb is private, comfortable, and casual. The Airbnb also offers a rafting ticket （two words describing the rafting as ”stimulating”） for a 5-star experience. 너무 즐거운 여행이었어요✈️장백산에 여행과 출장을 오시는 분들은 이 펜션을 추천합니다. 우선 민박집 위치가 좋고 장백산 고속철도역에서 차로 10분 거리（사장님께 몰래 무료 픽업 알려드릴게요, 짐 들어주셔서 친절하게 도와드렸습니다） 장백산 북파경구 매표소에서 차로 10분 거리, 장백산은 너무 아름다워서 찍기 부족합니다（교통수단으로는 디디, 버스 직행, 라이딩 가능, 운동 좋아하시면 산책로 따라 3.5KM 발밑에서 하얀 눈을 밟으며 삐걱삐걱 소리를 내시면 됩니다） 아래층에 미인송공원, 중화추사오리공원（사진 거출편）이 있습니다. 물론 근처에 뽀뽀바베큐집과 짜장면집, 조식집, 약국, 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다. 👍（연길의 입맛에 맞게 꼬치를 발라 입맛을 돋우세요）. 민박은 매우 깨끗하고 시설도 완비되어 있으며, 세탁기가 있고, 전자 변기는 제가 반드시 선택해야 하는 선택입니다. 방도 매우 큽니다. 방은 따뜻하고 매우 편안해서 문 밖의 얼음과 눈을 창밖으로 막아주었습니다👍 겨울 지금 창가에서 눈을 보는 느낌은 남쪽 어린이들이 거부할 수 없을 정도입니다. 저는 방 베란다에서 눈을 보고 놀 수 있습니다. （겨울에 어린이와 함께 눈사람을 만들 수 있습니다. 저는 석양을 둘러싸고 차를 끓이는 것을 보고 싶습니다. 단지 제가 너무 바쁩니다.） 매우 편안하고 자유롭습니다. 😌 마지막으로 서비스가 매우 좋습니다. 민박은 개인적이고 편안하며 자유롭습니다. 민박은 래프팅 티켓（두 글자로 래프팅의 ”자극”을 묘사함） 5점 체험을 예약할 수 있습니다."

"1. Gratis pick-up van het spoorwegstation De gratis pick-up service van het spoorwegstation was soepel en ongelooflijk handig. Het maakte onze aankomst stressvrij en stelde de toon voor de rest van onze verblijf. Kamer 2 De kamer was ruime en onverwacht schoon, met de toegevoegde comfort van een verwarming in de waskamera duidelijk plus punt, vooral in het koude weer. 3. Gastvrijheid De eigenaar, Mr Feng, en zijn medewerkers, met name Mr Xia, zijn juwelen, ze zijn uiterst handig, en hun intentie om de gasten te helpen is echt, ze geven steun met een glimlach en laten nooit enige weerzin tonen. Hun inspanningen maakten ons verblijf comfortabel en herinnerbaar. 4. Bijstand en regelingen Mr Feng en zijn personeel gingen boven en verder om onze reis te verzachten... en ze organiseerden een vervoer naar Xue Li Mountain en hielpen ons tickets te kopen tegen een redelijke prijs. Mr Feng kwam zelfs met ons naar een restaurant om ons in te brengen naar een nieuw gerecht, wat een heerlijke ervaring was. De volgende dag, Mr Xia hielp ons tickets te kopen naar Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). Hij zorgde ook voor het verlaten van de busstation en later ophalen, waardoor het proces volledig ongemakkelijk werd gemaakt. 5. Dag Dit hotel heeft een speciale plek in ons hart... en toen we vertrokken, verlieten ze ons vroeg in de ochtend op het spoorwegstation... en Mr Feng zelf kwam tot ons afscheid te nemen... en raakte ons diep aan. 6.
