"Located right next to Endouli Water Plaza, the courtyard design is absolutely stunning. The welcome fruit and aged white tea were a lovely touch, and the private hot spring was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed having the Changbai Mountain moon and stars all to ourselves in the quiet night – it was such a unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The chain's Duo Le breakfast was exceptionally rich and varied, and my kids absolutely loved it. This will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Changbai Mountain! 👍"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind. They even upgraded our room for free since they had availability, and they were so patient and enthusiastic. When we checked our luggage, I had some valuable items, and the lady at the front desk specifically put them behind the counter, which was very thoughtful! The laundry room was also great!"

They offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station. Coming back each evening to soak in the hot springs is incredibly relaxing; the spring water comes directly from Jūlóng Volcano. The personalized butler service is also a thoughtful touch."

"Traveling to Changbai Mountain with my family, our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Changbaishan exceeded our expectations! Nina handled our check-in and check-out efficiently and patiently answered all our questions about tickets and routes. The room was spacious and bright, with excellent hygiene and a dry, clean bathroom. All the in-room facilities were complete and very pleasant to use. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including hot and cold dishes, fruits, and beverages. The hotel environment was quiet and provided great photo opportunities. It was also convenient for visiting attractions like the Magic World Rafting and Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. Our entire stay was very comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. My friends and I both felt we chose the right hotel, and if we come to Changbai Mountain again, we will definitely prioritize the Four Points by Sheraton!"
