"These apartments fitted the bill perfectly for our night on the town in Leeds. We took the 2 bedroomed apartment, which was spacious, contemporary and super-clean. This flat has 2 good sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, with toiletries supplied. Apart from the kettle, we didn’t utilise the kitchen, but it is very well fitted out, and includes a utility room (washer and dryer). The location was quite convenient, just steps from the Playhouse. It is a student area and there was an unmistakable whiff of **** in the air, but it felt safe, and we weren’t troubled by noise. The site has no parking. A further potential downside of this accommodation is that they are managed remotely, there is no on-site representation. The procedure after booking is that you receive the number of your apartment, and once in the building, you phone Charles Hope, and they enable entry electronically. Thereafter you use the fob that is left in the room. This part all went to plan, but we did experience a hiccup a little later when we discovered there was no water! This was rectified quickly via a call to the Charles Hope agent, and I can attest to their speedy responsiveness to calls. I assume this must be a 24/7 service. Overall, we had a great stay, and felt the accommodation to be great value. Would definitely stay again."

"Very convenient location, short stroll into Leeds city centre and next to the Armouries museum. The hotel itself was very clean, our beds were really comfy, staff were helpful and the car park was right next door. The breakfast was good - cooked options or yoghurt/fruit/cereal and plenty of drinks with the option to take them away if you were in a rush. All in all we couldn't fault it for the price!"
