Holiday Inn Express LEEDS CITY CENTRE - ARMOURIES by IHG

I really liked the location, it was close to everything we needed, especially the docks and the Royal Armouries Museum. The service was also very quick whenever we asked for anything. The only downside was the breakfast buffet layout. It was split across two separate areas, and the second section wasn’t very visible, so my kids didn’t realise it was there on the first day. Apart from that, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for city centre, nice brekkie, rooms had ac, easy check in and out. Very reasonably priced 24 hour car parking with hotel discount

The room is clean with great river view. All staff are friendly. The complimentary breakfast is tasty. This is a budget hotel so there are no unnecessary items such as telephone and stationery. They are happy to provide amenities such as toothpaste and razor at the reception if you need.

I had a really good stay here. The room was much bigger than I expected and felt really spacious, so it never felt cramped. It had a nice bathroom, a good-sized desk which was useful, a TV, and a coffee/tea station which was a nice touch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Overall, it was a really nice room and I’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff breakfast excellent Clean room unfortunately jyst a smell of wee in the toilet area I guess it’s seeped through the grout of the tiles

We’re a couple who decided to visit Leeds and booked this hotel last minute. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Customer service was top-notch from start to finish — staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating with every request. The room and all common areas were spotless, which immediately set the right impression. Breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh, well organised, and plenty of choice. The overall environment was great too. The Royal Armouries are right behind the hotel, with lakes surrounding the area, making it a beautiful and relaxing spot. We were lucky to have sunny weather on Saturday, which made it even better. Highly recommended. Solid experience all round.

Very convenient location, short stroll into Leeds city centre and next to the Armouries museum. The hotel itself was very clean, our beds were really comfy, staff were helpful and the car park was right next door. The breakfast was good - cooked options or yoghurt/fruit/cereal and plenty of drinks with the option to take them away if you were in a rush. All in all we couldn't fault it for the price!

A lovely hotel situated in the dock area of Leeds, car parking was easy as this is situated next door, discounted to £8 per day. A 25minute walk into the centre of Leeds along the canal. The hotel was very nice, a lovely bar and a great free breakfast. Perfect room on the 5th floor, lovely comfortable bed and great power shower. Can’t be faulted, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice location in the Docks area, our room was directly overlooking the river which was a nice bonus. The breakfast included is good, what you'd expected from a good hotel breakfast. Bed was comfy and large. Would definitely recommend for a weekend break. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to get into in the city, and there's also Water taxi only a few minutes away from the hotel. Would def recommend
