Hotels bij Civic Hall, Leeds

Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

We’re a couple who decided to visit Leeds and booked this hotel last minute. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Customer service was top-notch from start to finish — staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating with every request. The room and all common areas were spotless, which immediately set the right impression. Breakfast exceeded expectations: fresh, well organised, and plenty of choice. The overall environment was great too. The Royal Armouries are right behind the hotel, with lakes surrounding the area, making it a beautiful and relaxing spot. We were lucky to have sunny weather on Saturday, which made it even better. Highly recommended. Solid experience all round.

Nic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company

Nice location close to city center. Unfortunately we weren’t able to heat up/microwave our daughter’s food who have food allergies unlike when we stayed in Leonardo Hotel Birmingham where they accommodated our request. We had a nice stay though, enjoyed roaming around Leeds and the hotel is close to the train station as well so it was very convenient.

Our stay was pleasant at best. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was not the best. We asked for a family room but the sofa bed meant for the 2 kids was barely big enough and was sunk in the middle which meant the kids kept rolling into the middle. The telephone for reception did not work. The small pool was cordoned off and the pool cues had no cue tip so we could not play with them despite having put our money in. You have to book a time slot for swimming (something I was not made aware of till we got to the pool) so again disappointed and had to come up with an alternative plan. The breakfast was delicious though however far cheaper if booked the night before - something I was kit aware until I asked. Overall, not our favourite trip.

Had a lovely time,  great touch having the option for the lounge and a check out at 5pm was fab to have time to look round Leeds , the spa was great , and all the staff were lovely

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…

The hotel was beautiful, with lovely grounds perfect for a run or a walk. It also offered free parking, which was really good. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an iron and ironing board because we needed to iron some of our outfits. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily return.

Good hotel with (paid) parking. Clean and maintained well rooms. Small coolers/fridges are also available on request. Good cheap alternative to hotels more central to the neighbouring cities

The facilities were good, queit single room, you have to come in with your food as there is no food service in the hotel. The location was perfect for me this time.
