Britannia Leeds Bradford Airport

Quiet location and clean and tidy rooms. Staff were excellent and very friendly . Breakfast was good value. Overall a pleasant stay. The bed was too hard for me so sleep could have been better

The Hotel probably needs a bit of an update but was well priced for what we needed, and 10 minutes from the airport. Staff were good craic and breakfast was perfect . No one can come away saying they left hungry  We would definitely stay here again. 👍

Have stayed several times when visiting family. Was disappointed this time not to have a fridge I had assumed all rooms had them and due to me booking later than normal I'd paid a higher rate than usual but got a shabbier room.I think they had changed the room I had booked as I'd booked a standard double but opened door up to a small room with a double and single bed set up. I didnt want my towels changing or room servicing but i witnessed reception staff constantly telling people they couldn't have there rooms serviced as they hadn't asked the day before and if you dont ask they dont go in to even change cups or empty bins. It hasn't put me off staying again.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was in an excellent location. The room/hotel was very clean and tidy. Very Impressed with my overall stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were so uncomfortable and pillows were like rocks. Entrance door so heavy and banged so loud whenever opened. Wasn’t greeted with much hospitality either. Then £5 for parking for 8 hours. Only 1 sachet of coffee for 2 people in the room. Just didn’t seem very clean

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

Poor customer service. There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us . Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent

The staff were friendly, helpful and the evening meal was very enjoyable

had a weird vibe to it but wasn’t too bad me and my boyfriend had a nice time location isn’t too good, atleast half an hr from city centre if u get taxis i wouldn’t stay here costed us £60 to get to and from the hotel
