The Jubilee by Supercity Aparthotels

I am very happy to stay in Jubilee in Leeds. It is a perfect accommodation experience, with excellent location, convenient shopping and perfect room facilities. Especially at the reception desk, everyone is warm and polite. I hope to check in again soon.

Lovely place! Located right in the centre. Walking distance from everything. Although we had an issue at check in as Trip.com had placed a different name, the receptionist was very helpful. Full functioning kitchen was great.

Everything was provided, even salt and pepper. The fridge, dishwasher and clothes washer were clean. The decor and amenities were excellent. The furnishings were very well done, and of high quality. The bed was comfy, and everything was very clean and new. The only downside is that not all rooms have aircon and even with the window open, and the fan, it's not very comfortable when the temperature outside is near 27 and above. There is no airflow from outside,so even if it begins to cool down outside, it does not cool the interior.

This hotel is wonderfully modified from a heritage building, and the room itself was surprisingly good and felt brand new. The unit was well-equipped, with air conditioning in both the living hall and all the bedrooms. A massive shoutout to the receptionist for the truly outstanding service—our room was on the top floor and couldn't be reached by the elevator, but he carried all of our family's heavy luggage up by himself, even though we arrived at midnight! And the day shift receptionist guy helped us bring it all back down when we checked out. There were a couple of downsides. One of the bathrooms is simply too small to use comfortably, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, there is no on-site car park, but there is a public car park about a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel provides a handy discount code for it. Overall, a great stay with exceptional service.

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, with all the amenities you would expect and need, the kitchen was even fully equipped

Great facilities. All new equipment, very handy location on the Headrow

Excellent service from all staff I encountered. Room very clean, new and modern . Got everything you need. Only negative is the room temperature , you have to call them to amend it. Staff member told me the windows open so that helps but may be issue in summer ! Also I was situated adjacent to the student accommodation next door. I was woken during the night with noise from the students but hey Ho, we were all young once ! Also having the window open you can hear other noises from the street during the night

Really nice experience, staff are all very helpful and sweet. The rooms are very nice and luxurious, provides not only basic essentials but more. Second time staying here and really good location also, would definitely come again.

Staff was exceptional. Great location. Spotless room.
