4-Starhotels in Gangwon State, South Korea

Er is een E-Mart direct naast het hotel en het strand van Sokcho ligt op 9 minuten loopafstand. Ik ben ook naar de zonsopgang gaan kijken. Daiso en Subway liggen ook vlakbij. Expo, reuzenrad, Centrale markt, Gwaja Castle Experience Cafe, warmwaterbronnen, Ik zocht ook naar lekkere restaurants in Sokcho en het was geweldig dat de toeristische attracties en voorzieningen die ik gepland had allemaal binnen 10 minuten met de auto te bereiken waren. De reis naar Sokcho duurde 5 uur, maar ik vind het jammer dat 2 dagen en 1 nacht te kort waren. Omdat het hotel nieuw was gebouwd, was het interieur schoon en had het uitzicht op de oceaan, zodat ik de zonsopgang vanuit mijn bed kon zien~ Ik had om 2 kamers dicht bij elkaar gevraagd, maar ik kreeg de 20e en 21e verdieping toegewezen ㅜㅜ Omdat de trap sneller was dan de lift, heb ik de trap gebruikt. Maar tussen de deuren stonden altijd dozen en recyclebaar afval, dus dat was wel een beetje onhandig. Mijn hele familie is er dol op~ Druk gewoon op alle vijf de sterren~ (Ter informatie: parkeren in het gebouw is lastig voor vrouwelijke bestuurders, omdat het lastig is om de parkeerplaats op te rijden en er niet veel parkeerplaatsen zijn. Bovendien ligt het grootste deel van de parkeerplaats parallel aan de muur.) Ik parkeerde dus gewoon in het gebouw en daarna op de tijdelijke parkeerplaats buiten, vlak voor het hotel.) Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk~^^ Toen ik incheckte, volgde ik Instagram en vroeg ik om een ​​uur later uit te checken, zodat ik rustig kon vertrekken. Central location - within walking distance of the Express Bus Station from Seoul. Has free parking with the car lift -convenient. Within walking distance to the Sokcho beach. Breakfast buffet was included in the package - the same buffet for the 4 days there - would be better if there is variation. Loved the freshly squeezed fruti juice! Still great to have ba full breakfast before my walks at Seoraksan National Park. My room has a great view of the Seoraksan mountains and the lake. Unfortunately, cannot view the sunrise from the room. Had to pay extra for the rooftop pool and we didn't find a time to visit.

Ik ben het type persoon dat erg kieskeurig is als het gaat om het kiezen van accommodaties, dus ik heb er na lang wikken en wegen voor gekozen. We checked in a couple of hours after 6:00pm and there were no check in lines at all, the check in and check out process was very smooth and efficient. The room was clean, with great views of both the shops and restaurants below, and the partial ocean view was nice as well. The hotel had a convenience store on the 5th floor which we visited frequently. My family and I enjoyed the Ramada by Wyndham Gangwon Sokcho and will be returning soon,

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. One of the highlights is watching the sunrise from the hotel’s rooftop, which is a significant advantage. They offer a simple breakfast for those who prefer not to spend time deciding what to eat in the morning. However, if you don’t have a car, the walk from the train station to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rely on the bus service, which runs every two or three hours. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to spend some time in Jeongdongjin and enjoy the sea.

입구부터 고급스럽고 차분한 분위기가 느껴져 특별한 날 보내기 딱 좋았어요. 객실은 넓고 깔끔했고, 창밖으로 보이는 자연 풍경이 정말 힐링 그 자체였어요. 가족끼리 여유롭게 쉬기 좋았고 시설 관리도 잘 되어 있어 전반적으로 만족스러웠어요🤍 부모님도 편하게 쉬었다며 만족하셔서 더 기억에 남는 여행이었어요.

Ik kwam vaak in Sokcho na het zien van de eerste foto van de hoofdadvertentie. Ik herinnerde me dat er veel gebouwd werd, dus ik dacht dat het een hotel recht tegenover het strand was, maar toen ik er aankwam, bleek het een nieuw hotel te zijn, gebouwd op de plek waar de bouw aan de gang was, tegenover het hotel waar ik de vorige keer verbleef. ^^ Het heet een hotel, maar het is een kantoorgebouw in de stijl van een telefooncel, dus de wasmachine en koelkast zijn groot en kunnen ijs invriezen, wat geweldig was. Maar de lift is erg klein. ^^;; Behalve de parkeerplaats en de lift is het een relatief nieuw hotel met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De prijs in het hoogseizoen is ㅠㅠ Je zou moeten overwegen om ongeveer 10 minuten naar Sokcho Beach te lopen. Het uitzicht is mooi. Toch raad ik het aan. ^^ㅋ

Super value for money! It’s a 8 minutes walk from sokcho express bus terminal. The room is just right for a solo traveller wld be abit of a squeeze but it’s alright for 2 person as well. Super convenient that there’s a microwave at the lobby since Korean restaurants usually don’t cater to solo diners so you would need to takeaway most of the time . Saw in some of the reviews that the elevator takes a long time but the hotel has fixed that! They split the elevators such that there’s 2 elevators for the lower floors and the higher floors. Would definitely come back next time! No toothbrush provided but slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bottled water are available

The price per quality is not hotel strong point, we paid around 250 USD per night, which can only be attributed to hotel location as the rest is quite mediocre (both in terms of amenities and size of the room). Can be described as a basic 3 star city hotel with self check and check out. There are no coffee shops in the same building so you need to go outside if you want to get some nice coffee (or drink capsules coffee in the room). The check in time is 4 pm which is later than the standard time in South Korea. The view is good though.

Appeared to be newly renovated. The rooms were spacious, had a small equipped kitchen, and great a/c. No conditioner for hair and only three hand towels in the bathroom. But really amazing value for the price, esp for families for small kids. There’s a kid zone in the hotel with arcade and fun games and of course water park next door. Starbucks and GS25 in hotel too.
