Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning.
The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality.
Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Het ligt een beetje ver van het stadscentrum, maar met de taxi is het prima te bereiken.
Veel mensen hebben aangegeven dat de luchtvochtigheid een probleem is, maar het was mooi weer toen wij er verbleven, dus dat was helemaal geen probleem.
Er was een groot bad, een ruime douche, een comfortabel bed en goede voorzieningen. Ik ben er zeer tevreden over.

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta.
Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。
服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。
但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。
第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。

Прекрасний готель, максимально наближений до природи. Привітний персонал. На території є 2 басейни та гарний ресторан. Фото смачної вечері додаю))
Усе зроблено в одному стилі, гарні будиночки, навіть рецепція красиво вписується в загальний вигляд. На другому поверсі рецепції є лаунж зона, де комфортно можна зачекати свого поселення та пограти в настільні ігри. Або ж почитати книгу.
В номері є все необхідне: від різноманітного посуду з келихами, до блендеру, також є репеленти від комарів, що дуже допомагає. Мате, горішки та шоколадні цукерки як комплімент від закладу були приємним бонусом.
Дуже класна тераса з мангалом, можна вечеряти на природі.
А ще хочеться звернути увагу на деталі: записочка з іменем гостя та привітанням - виглядало дуже мило 🥰 ❤️
Це один з найкращих готелей, які хочеться рекомендувати. 10 з 10.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious !
We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish.
Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy
Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic
and leans toward cold/luke warm
People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

It's all done in one style, beautiful houses, even the recipient is beautifully suited to the general view. On the second floor of the recipient is a lounge area where you can comfortably wait for your settlement and play desktop games. Or read the book.
There is everything you need in the room: from various cups to mixers, there are mosquito repellents that help you a lot. Mate, nuts and chocolate candy as a compliment to the plant were a nice bonus.
A very cool mangal terrace, you can have dinner in nature.
And I want to pay attention to the details: a note with the guest name and a greeting - it looked very nice 🥰 ❤️
This is one of the best hotels you want to recommend. 10 out of 10.

There were a lot of comments about the humidity being a problem, but the weather was nice when we stayed so it wasn't a problem at all.
There was a large bathtub, a spacious shower room, a comfortable bed and good amenities. I'm very satisfied.

NNenanWe stayed in room 202 of the independent cabin for three consecutive nights. The location of the hotel and the overall natural environment are good. It is more natural and you can see wild thorn guinea pigs in the garden. Not far from the airport and the waterfall, 25 knives a one-way taxi. Breakfast is more basic. There is a pool. The room is old, the facilities are old, the hair dryer is very small, and the table is cracked.
The service attitude is very good, and there will be feedback if there is a problem. On the first night, I found that the lights around the house were broken. After the feedback, some of them were repaired on the second night.
But from the next day, I began to communicate with the hotel to replace it with another empty room of 201. The front desk brother said that it was booked. But the next night, I found that there was no, and the 201 room was empty. The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not dumped, but the lights and air conditioning in the room were turned off, indicating that someone had entered, why not clean? Don't change the trash can and bathroom bath towels? Did not change the sheets. The front desk said that because we didn't put the sign that needed to be cleaned outside the door. Not at all. I want to change to the clean and unmanned room 201 next door, and the front desk will not change it. No one cleaned it.
On the third day, the room made the bed, but did not change the sheets, and cleaned the trash can. In short, there is a problem, the hotel will respond, but it is not very rectified, and it is not given to the vacant room. Very strange and difficult to understand! I should not live next time.
