Sehr schönes Hotel mit alten Möbeln. Lage zentral in der Nähe des Hafens, mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Frühstück war sehr gut.
Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hoewel de kamerfaciliteiten oud zijn, zijn ze goed onderhouden en is het landschap geweldig
Het grote terras zorgt ervoor dat ik gewoon op het terras wil blijven en van de zon wil genieten. Het hotel verzorgt de catering zeer goed en de service is zeer professioneel voortreffelijk in de strandclub, luisterend naar de beukende golven. Het eten en de service zijn ook erg handig voor op reis. Als ik hier weer terugkom, zal ik zeker dit hotel en dit kamertype kiezen.

Сам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально.
Но есть ужасные минусы:
- невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось.
- нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать.
- единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно.
- очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги
- вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать
Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

Het echte paleis, erg verbaasd, de ervaring met de kast is Chinese stijl, de lofwaardigheid, de receptie is een beetje ernstig, de bediende broer is erg gezellig en lief. De koffers helpen ook de parkeerplaats te parkeren.
De geografische locatie is onvergelijkbaar... het raam is de kern van de haven... de achterdeur van het hotel is de kern van de landschappen.
Wat de kamer betreft, kijk eens naar de foto's.
Het ontbijt is gezellig, maar er is te weinig keuze.

Het hotel is strategisch gelegen: direct aan het einde van de weg die u naar Camogli brengt en vlakbij de gemeentelijke parkeerplaats, waar normaal gesproken geen plaats is. Het hotel biedt (voor € 35 per dag) een eigen ondergrondse parkeergarage op twee verdiepingen met ruime plaatsen voor auto's. Om er te komen, moet u echter wel oppassen voor de randen van de spiraaltunnel, die geschikt is voor kleine auto's. De kamer is onregelmatig, maar heeft een moderne en zelfs functionele stijl. De badkamer is erg ruim en de douchehoek is echt ruim. De inloopkast is comfortabel, minder comfortabel is de positie van de kluis, waardoor u zich onnatuurlijk moet inspannen om de instructies te lezen. De 55-inch plasma-tv is mooi, maar slecht geplaatst. De matras is zeer comfortabel. Zeer vriendelijk en hoffelijk personeel. Vanwege onze aankomsttijden konden we de aangeboden diensten (sauna, hydromassage, enz.) niet testen.

The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

The room and facilities were comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast prioritized quality, a refreshing change from the quantity-focused approach of many resorts. I will definitely return.

GGuest UserThis place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

MM306752****The real palace is very amazing. The experience is full. The tea set is Chinese. The front desk is a bit serious. The waiter is very enthusiastic and active. Help with luggage and parking.
The location is unparalleled. Outside the window is the core area of the port. The back door of the hotel is the core scenic spot.
As for the room, look directly at the picture. Tong Xuan is not bullying.
Breakfast staff is warm but there are too few choices. It belongs to the mini breakfast.
