"Nadat we de renovatie een paar keer vanaf de golfbaan hadden bekeken, kregen we nu de kans om in het nieuwe Mövenpick Resort Bintan te verblijven tijdens de soft-launchperiode.
Hoewel er nog wel wat werk aan de winkel is, hebben we enorm genoten van ons verblijf in combinatie met de golfbaan.
Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten in het restaurant is erg goed, we hebben de lokale gerechten geprobeerd.
Waarschijnlijk zullen ze het aantal gerechten uitbreiden wanneer het resort volledig geopend is.
Het ontbijt was erg goed: een mix van buffet en à la carte. Lokale en internationale gerechten. Verse sapjes.
Kleine probleempjes, die er bij de opening van een nieuw hotel bij horen, werden direct opgelost.
Al met al een geweldige golf- en ontspanningservaring.
We komen snel terug. We moeten ook het Japanse restaurant nog proberen."

"Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou."

We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together.
From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests.
What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨
Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island.
During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

SSumi BeenThe hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

PPanda79I have celebrated my 19th wedding anniversary at this hotel. Overall I had a good and enjoyable experience staying here. Villa are spacious, clean and dinning experience also good with generous portion at The Dining room. With a good room decorated and complimentary cake for my anniversary we are really appreciating all the good gesture and preparation. The only down side is the hotel location are very far away from the ferry terminal which required 1 hour and 30mins journey and room lighting not sufficient and make the room too dimmed. And there were no minimart or convenient store in the hotel. Suggest to open a minimart to supply more snacks and gift shop selling the hotel souvenirs included the essentials oil shampoo.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

EEnderrThe biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

GGuest UserAston is located in the central of Batam, walking distance to lots of cafe, massage centers and even grand Batam mall. Easy to call grab to travel around at a super affordable price.
The hotel provides breakfast and clean the room daily.
The room is spacious too, the minus point is Indonesia music were heard in the middle of the night for 2 nights when we were sleeping, our room is located at level 3 near the lift.
