Room is clean. Aircon is cooling. A little noisy occasionally during night time especially some motorists racing down the road. Hotel buffet not bad with variety.

Came here for our 5D4N honeymoon trips! Everything was great. Check-ins in weekends is smooth & hassle free. Was given a choc cheese cake. Aircon is super cool. Although tv was still in manual settings ( not digital), bed n pillows are super comfy.the best for us was the water pressure ( shower) which suits our likings. I thought the smell of water was only from the hotel but it was from the whole island itself. So its ok.. it had free shuttle rides to mosts popular malls in batam with 2x timings (11am & 4pm)Breakfast spread was nice. But abit too salty. Theres a minimart located near the hotel. N a awesome sambal ijo cafe just opp. the hotel. Overall everything was great. Staffs are friendly, attentive to our needs. Will visits again 1 day.

Amazing staff, treated with the best service even it was a last minute booking. Recommended the Junior suite. Will come again.

We choose a smoking room which is very noticeable when you walked out of the lift, and the shower curtain got a bit of smell. Also booked a twin room since no more deluxe room available and they were so kind to put together the bed put another layer of thin mattress so there’s no gap in between. Very much appreciated.
The food is good but not much of options for the fruits. Overall the hotel is good for a quick vacation.

Bed and linen were fresh and clean, along with the room. TV channels were plenty and air con was strong.
Location was accessible to places of interest and around 15 mins drive to the ferry terminal.
Staff were courteous and helpful. They assisted with our requests adequately and with kindness.
Breakfast offering was decent. They had an indomie stand where u could order the type of noodles you would like. Interesting concept along with the standard eggs stand.

This hotel is new and modern. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The breakfast served with local and continental cuisine. Suggest to increase more frequency of shuttle to nearby mall. it will attract more people to select this hotel when consider about the location.
