Aston Nagoya City Hotel

The location is very convenient, with massage and hair-washing places as well as mini markets right across from the hotel. There are also plenty of food courts nearby, so it’s easy to find food and other necessities within walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. There are just a few areas I hope the hotel can improve. On the first day of check-in, we noticed that the bed linen had visible dirty stains, so we requested to have it changed. Unfortunately, after the cleaner replaced it, we found another large dirty stain on the new bedsheet as well. Hopefully, the hotel can pay more attention to checking the cleanliness of the bed linen before preparing the rooms for guests. Another issue was the breakfast. It was supposed to be ready from 6:30 AM, but when we arrived at the restaurant around 7.15 AM, about half of the food items were already empty or not ready yet. As a result, there were only limited choices available for breakfast. Overall, the location and friendly staff were definitely positives, but I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the bed linen and the breakfast preparation to provide a better experience for future guests.

Hotel is decent with walkable distance to shopping & amenities. Staffs are friendly & approachable. The only downside is that smoke smell in room can be unbearable especially for non smokers on smoking floors. Better to request for smoke free floors to avoid such smoke smell. Buffet breakfast are simple & limited. Location is near massage & food streets. Good for short stay 😊

First of all thanks to all staff because they have upgred my superior room to the deluxe room without any charges. 👍👍👍 The room is very big and clean. The bed is the king bed . I will Definetly booking this hotel again in the future. 🥰🥰😇

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well every night! Air-conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was strong, and all amenities were in great condition. Everything felt modern, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything tidy and refreshed daily.

A very pleasant stay! It was our anniversary trip, the hotel team was so kind to give us a cute cake! Very clean and convenient location. Would definitely come back for our next Batam trip. Thank you!

I booked for deluxe room but i think its a bit small like standard room. But i like the bedsheet so comfortable. For the breakfast it’s good.
