Wat een heerlijk en schitterend appartement, met alles erop en aan En mijn bus kon ik parkeren in de grote hoge garage van het complex. Via een trapje liep je naar beneden en stond je gelijk aan de boulevard en strand. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader en het personeel van van het appartementencomplex zijn super aardig

Dit was niet mijn eerste keer in het Nemea Toulouse. Geweldig aparthotel, erg comfortabel, maar ik merk dat het in de loop der jaren wat verwaarloosd is geraakt. Bedlampje kapot, lampje ontbreekt, wc-bril slecht bevestigd. Jammer. Over het algemeen erg goed en schoon.
De check-in was echter een beetje teleurstellend. Ik kwam 45 minuten te vroeg aan, maar er werd me verteld dat ik moest wachten. De check-in was niet warm, gewoon een robot, een gebrek aan klantenservice. Maar gelukkig was de persoon bij het uitchecken totaal anders en met een glimlach.

Medereizigers,
Ik kan dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen voor uw verblijf in Montpellier. De locatie van dit hotel is echt superieur en het personeel is gastvrij, bekwaam en meegaand. De faciliteiten zijn netjes en schoon, en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes bieden ouderwetse charme, terwijl de kamers modern en goed ingericht zijn.
Ik heb vooral genoten van de fantastische waterdruk in de douche en de hoogwaardige toiletartikelen met de juiste pomphandzeep voor het wassen van de handen, in tegenstelling tot vuile stuk zeep. Het aparte toilet was ook een doordacht tintje dat ik wou dat alle hotels hadden.
De kamer was groot voor Europese normen met slimme opbergmogelijkheden, en ik waardeerde de aandacht voor detail in het ontwerp. Als u met de auto komt, raad ik u ten zeerste aan om vóór het inchecken illegaal voor het hotel te parkeren en te vragen hoe u precies bij de parkeergarage kunt komen. Dit bespaart veel tijd en u vermijdt dat u in eenrichtingsstraten moet cirkelen.
Over het algemeen kan ik dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen als een fantastische keuze voor uw verblijf in Montpellier. We zullen absoluut weer verblijven bij ons volgende bezoek aan de stad.

JJacquelineThe hotel was exactly as the photos showed. I was surprised to be asked for 150 euros deposit, This needs to be more transparent before booking. It’s difficult to find where this wording appears.
Also my room on the 5 floor was almost impossible to sleep in due to very strong cooking smells permeating my room, from where I’m not sure. A shame because the hotel is very convenient for the main railway station in Toulouse.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

Excellent welcome, but the bedding was the only positive.
Poorly insulated room (outside and other rooms: I didn't sleep all night), shower complicated to use, only usable in bath mode, pools accessible free of charge without jets from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. When I went there, I couldn't find access to the indoor pool, so I went to the outdoor pool, which was closed, and I locked myself out. The code didn't work, and there was no way to contact reception. Some guests let me in after 10 minutes outside.
Friendly departure, but they didn't ask me if I had a good stay.
Room cleanliness approximated (hair from previous guests).
Disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I think it was better maintained when it was the Vichy Spa.

Ggregory clayThis is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade.
I would absolutely go back.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

JJustin__CaseThe location is absolutely unbeatable - stepping out the front door, I was practically at the gates of the medieval city. The evening stroll along the ramparts with the hotel’s illuminated facade in view was magical.
My room was spacious and comfortable, with that perfect balance of modern amenities and traditional charm. Excellent breakfast!

Ffluffy pancakesIt was a pretty pleasant experience in general. Even though we stayed only for a night, facilities are great, clean, good breakfast and the view😍, bed is comfortable, spa with sauna and that massage pool was warm and relaxing and it was only like 13 euros per person 🤩. Had dinner at M restaurant by the beach and you can rent sunbeds there or also there are other places to choose from aswell . The place is a little bit far compared to other beaches but in my opinion is what makes it more special. Even like that you can find everything you need within walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, beautiful clean beach🤩🤩😍)

CC ARTUROClean - comfortable - an extra pillow would be nice for those who want one. The pool isn't 28 degrees but 25 degrees - in winter, two degrees more would be good. Good breakfast with a very friendly waitress. The welcome was also great, by the way.

GGuest UserA satisfying stay at this unassuming little hotel, we were greeted by the owners after a long drive, the lovely lady helped us to bring our luggage upstairs with a lovely smile, the bed was very comfortable, room nice and clean, bathroom is like new, there is a lovely little garden at the back. Breakfast was delicious with many home made pastries as the owners are Qualified Boulangers/Patissier. Highly recommend this little gem.

GGuest UserAll good but a little awkward location though near the airport, 20 euro taxi from Carcassone centre and 10 to airport. Small pool but nice to have it and smoking area out back too.
Standard double room was fine, clean, adequate. And we got a duvet! A light one, just right for the weather at the time. Service was fine,breakfast was super. Bit stressed though at indefinite time of arrival of taxi to airport in the morning. Booked by receptionist. But altogether good and great value! 👍
