Strategic location, the hotel provided free snacks, drinks and one aroma pillow mist. The room is very clean and new. Overall is good and worth the price, but probably breakfast can further improve a bit.

Very very great hotel , first location mostly walk distance , second breakfast is like king breakfast well first night I missed because I sleep over after10am they close , but they allow me to enter for pick food in 10min , good service

I requested a non-smoking room and the hotel really gave me a room without the slightest smell of cigarette smoke which I really appreciate. The staffs are helpful and welcoming. There is a small charge for connecting rooms that need to be added during check in.

The staff are very friendly and polite. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is also very delicious!

I trusted the Artotel brandall around Indonesia, but the breakfast here has deteriorated a lot. They used to provide free Bintang beer in the mini bar fridge in the room, but no more. And they are very strict with the check in time being 2pm sharp. It would be more hygienic if they line the two trash bins in the room with a plastic bag. And pls also provide a plastic bag for laundry and face or hand towels, for the price paid. Other than that, all good, service is good from the local staff. Thank you!

Had a really pleasant stay at ARTOTEL. The hotel has a modern and stylish concept, and the overall atmosphere feels comfortable and welcoming. I especially appreciated the complimentary chocolate and juice provided in the fridge, as well as the sleep aromatherapy provided in the room. These small details were a lovely surprise and made the stay feel a little more special and relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our visit, which made the whole experience even better. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to get around. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a really good variety of food, including authentic Indonesian dishes and a nice selection of traditional Indonesian cakes and pastries. I really enjoyed having the opportunity to try different local flavours instead of only the usual international hotel breakfast options. There were plenty of choices, and everything made for a great start to the day. I also really liked the unique design and artistic touches throughout the hotel. It gives ARTOTEL its own character and makes it feel different from a typical hotel. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the thoughtful amenities in the room to the wide breakfast selection and friendly service, everything came together nicely. I would definitely consider staying at ARTOTEL again on my next visit.
