Hotels met Bar in Quintana Roo, Mexico

De service was werkelijk uitzonderlijk 🥺 De kamer was ook erg groot en ruim. Het bad was zeer comfortabel en ontspannend. De service was uitstekend. Ten eerste had ik mijn paspoort in een taxi laten liggen, en de receptie hielp me contact op te nemen met iemand en heeft het succesvol teruggevonden. Ten t****e had ik mijn kleren in het hotel laten liggen en moest ik een telefoontje naar Mexico plegen; de receptie gaf me zelfs hun persoonlijke e-mailadres om de kleren naar me terug te sturen. De service was echt geweldig! De prijs is ook zeer redelijk voor Mexico!

Hotel incrível, nenhuma reclamação a fazer. Único ponto a se considerar, o que não é culpa do hotel, são os altos valores cobrados por taxistas na época de final de ano para ir do hotel até a praia, cerca de 300/400 pesos mexicanos, 17-22 dollares.

Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.

This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

部屋まで波の音が聞こえるので大自然を感じる事が出来ます。 少し残念だったのが部屋のお水が有料だった事です。水道水は無料であったけど、ボトルウォーターも無料だとありがたかったです。 部屋からも海が眺められるので総合的にはとても満足しています。 蚊がたくさんで沢山噛まれてしまいましたので、虫除けスプレーなど持参がおすすめです。

Een grote, ruime kamer met een keuken en twee balkons. Een eenvoudig ontbijt. Op korte loopafstand van het centrum en met uitzicht op de zonsondergang. Direct voor het hotel ligt een klein, onontwikkeld strandje.

位置很棒，停車場就在酒店對過，房間離海灘步行2分鐘，沙灘寬闊遊人很少，看到了最美日出。大陽台綠植環繞，很適合曬太陽。晚上比其他酒店安靜，雙淋浴可以同時洗澡。酒店貼心準備了三大瓶可飲用純凈水，和外出的編制包……喜歡圖盧姆從酒店開始。

This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.

We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch - absoluut het hoogtepunt van de reis! We hebben op het strand ontbeten met het mooiste uitzicht! Het ligt een flink eind van het stadje, maar het strand is prachtig! Een van de mooiste strandgebieden die we gezien hebben en we hebben tijdens onze vakantie een paar keer langs dit deel van het eiland gewandeld - heerlijke, ontspannende muziek en een fijne sfeer zonder kinderen. Goede en vriendelijke service, mooie en schone kamer. Het enige minpuntje was dat we moeite hadden om de ingang te vinden en moesten wachten op het personeel om in te checken. Houd er rekening mee dat de wegen behoorlijk onder water kunnen komen te staan ​​als het regent, maar je kunt er wel doorheen komen.
