Sea Breeze is one of those places that surpasses expectation!
The room (apartment rather) was very clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. There is a lounge, separate bedroom and a lovely balcony.
The amenities, such as the gym, is a great plus!
Breakfast was a great variety of options and great service from the staff!
A wonderful stay at Sea Breeze hotel!

Wij waren er in november en het hotel was vrijwel leeg. We kwamen om 13:00 uur aan om in te checken en ondanks dat er geen gasten waren, checkten ze ons pas 40-50 minuten later in, met als argument dat de kamer nog niet klaar was.
Het gebied zelf is super, het is fijn om er te zijn, er zijn veel Instagram-locaties voor foto's.
Het is 13 minuten lopen naar de zee
Het grootste minpunt is het getal zelf, namelijk:
- alles is goedkoop gedaan, zeker geen luxe (zie bijvoorbeeld de foto van de draden in de tv)
-de douche lekt
- schimmel in de douche
- de hoogte van de doorgang naar de douche is lager dan de hoogte van een persoon
-er is geen stopcontact voor een föhn in de badkamer
- de badkamer sluit niet van binnenuit
- het bed is kort, als je 180 cm lang bent, zullen je benen naar beneden hangen
- de kussens zijn walgelijk, de goedkoopste, gedurende de hele vakantie heb ik alleen in dit hotel slecht geslapen
Voordelen:
- goed ontbijt, verwachtingen werden waargemaakt
- bij het inchecken was er een compliment in de vorm van fruit en noten, minibar werd één keer gratis bijgevuld (water, cola, frisdrank)
Zou ik terugkeren naar dit hotel? Nee
Zou je het aan iemand aanbevelen? Dat is ook onwaarschijnlijk.
Maar misschien is dit, in tegenstelling tot andere hotels in Oludeniz, een goede optie

Всё понравилось, из номера был выход в бассейн с балкона, это круто! Сам отель тихий, но из соседнего музыка шумела до 23.00, не позже, что в принципе не мешало. Дают пляжные полотенца.

We verbleven er één nacht. De stad zelf is erg interessant, er is zeker voor meerdere dagen wat te doen. Een klein hotel in dorpse stijl, eenvoudig en gezellig, met een zwembad, terrassen en veranda's. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is recht tegenover de graven, een eigen aanlegsteiger, je kunt er een boot huren. Alleen al voor het uitzicht is het de moeite waard om hier te verblijven. Aardige gastheren, prettige sfeer in het hotel. We lieten onze spullen na het uitchecken op de grond liggen en gingen naar de warmwaterbronnen.

The hotel staff, especially the manager, were very gentlemanly and customer-focused from check-in to check-out. Thank you very much. The facilities and amenities are good for the price, the food variety is sufficient, the desserts are delicious, and the main courses are good. Thank you very much to everyone.

Beautiful place to stay with a great location, delicious turkey’s breakfast and friendly staff! The stunning views from our lovely room “J04” combined with the exceptional cleanliness and comfortable bed made for a truly memorable stay.
They made my day by managing my birthday surprise cake .
It made us feel like we were right at home!
We didn't want to leave, but will definitely be coming back!

Full water view all around, private pool nice and quite relaxing.
It is 40min from airport and 35min from the castle (marine)
I would love to come here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view.
Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell.
After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

The location is convenient, the beach is comfortable, there are many restaurants, the nature is wonderful, and the rooms are spacious. However, this time the food was worse than last year; there was practically no fish, only one type for dinner, and no seafood at all. Otherwise, it's a superb hotel.

I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.
💯 I highly recommend Liberty Lykia Adults Only for anyone seeking a luxurious, quiet, and beautifully maintained resort experience. If I return to this region, I will absolutely stay here again.

XXIAOQIANHotel location is good to find, there is a small brother at the door to help with parking, luggage, etc., but the hotel decoration style is general, but the room is still very good, there is an open-air balcony, very close to the beach, watching is a big swimming pool . The room is very soundproof and there is no loud noise. However, the hotel's other services are more general, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast, compared to the hotel price, the price is average, but the overall environmental sanitation is very good.

MMomo235The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!
