We waren over alles tevreden – een perfecte optie voor een overnachting tijdens een lange tussenstop. We verbleven er één nacht en het verliep soepel, ondanks dat het hotel dicht bij de luchthaven ligt (we hebben helemaal geen lawaai gehoord).
De kamer was in goede staat. Er zaten wat krassen op de muren en hier en daar een beschadigde vloer, maar dat vonden we geen groot probleem voor een kort verblijf.
We waardeerden het zeer vroege ontbijt enorm – zelfs met onze vroege vlucht hadden we nog tijd om te eten. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar had een ruime keuze.
Bedankt voor het comfortabele verblijf!

Nice, polite staff (except for the cook, who almost always has a disgruntled look on her face), decent location. If you're put on a higher floor, you'll get a nice view; if you're put in the basement, you won't get a view, but you'll smell urine if the window is open. The sauna costs 20 euros, although it's not listed as a paid service on ******* and Trip. I don't know about the gym, as I didn't go. The breakfast was average, even poorer than average, but then again, it's listed as excellent on *******. My blanket was pretty dirty, but I didn't mind it much, and the washing machine and gas stove worked, with one burner. I chose this hotel because it has a rating of almost 8 on both Trip and *******, but in reality, it barely reaches 5. Overall, it's a good option for a week or so if you don't want or can't stay in Beyoglu.

Amazing place to stay. Room was spacious and clean, had a great view and nothing missing in the room. Pool is free to use with floating foams around, there is also a hot jacuzzi. You only need to bring or buy a swimming cap before. Open buffet food was great with a lot of options. The staff is very friendly. There is a metro nearby which you can use to travel to central Istanbul.

Ik heb een prettig verblijf gehad. De tramhalte ligt pal voor het hotel, waardoor je overal makkelijk heen kunt. Het is maar een paar haltes naar de Grote Bazaar, Sultanahmed en Gulhane Park. Er zijn ook veel restaurants om de hoek. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel was erg gastvrij en beleefd. Er waren geen communicatieproblemen, aangezien de meeste medewerkers Engels spreken. Het belangrijkste is dat ik me veilig en comfortabel voelde.

Het was al 3.30 uur 's ochtends toen we incheckten op de eerste dag. We hadden afgesproken dat het een beetje luidruchtig was, dus we konden die dag geen volledige kamer vinden. We hielpen de volgende dag met het veranderen van kamer leende een converter. Er was een waterkoker in de kamer en het ontbijt was erg rijk! T****e keer dat ik verblijf. Er is Starbucks beneden en het metrostation als je uitgaat. Er zijn McDonald's en burrito's ernaast. Zeer kosteneffectief.

Hotelkamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt en is vrij ruim. Ontbijttijden zijn ook goed, maar elke dag dezelfde tarieven. Ik merk dat mensen rond 10:00 uur (piektijd) komen ontbijten. De locatie van het hotel is niet zo ideaal, want je moet een steile helling van 45 graden naar Taksim lopen, ongeveer 1 km verderop.

Voor een korte trip een goede optie, aangezien de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in principe geheel naar wens is. De kamer is precies zoals op de foto, op de t****e verdieping is er een gezellig terras waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Aan de overkant ligt het kustgedeelte van Istanbul met een enorm wandelpad langs de zee, lokale cafés/winkels zijn ook dichtbij
Van de minnen - de metro is niet erg dichtbij (15-20 minuten lopen) + elke keer zul je hoogstwaarschijnlijk een bus/metro de heuvel op moeten nemen

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet.
The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue.
Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

There is something that honestly brothered me.
Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.
And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company.

Together with Staff in the restaurant , concierge and the bell boy were all extremely helpful and polite. Always ready to help. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic 👌. The hotel is very well located. It is a 15 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia, Bascillica Cistern, Blue Mosque. 7 mins walk to Grand Bazaar . The interior of the hotel looks magnificent with the old style charm but all newly renovated. I would highly recommended this hotel to stay in Istanbul. 😀😃😄

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserGreat appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

KKarsh TStayed 3 nights in this cozy hotel with friends, pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the hotel. Prime location, thus limited street parking but a 5 mins walk to Taksim square. Bathroom was quite small in comparison to the massive room as the door would block the toilet seat.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at this hotel and liked its location. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and reset. The best feature of the hotel is that it is well situated to explore Istanbul and is about a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet Square where you will find many of the main attractions in Istanbul like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a tram line station very close to the hotel and it is a short walk to Sirkeci metro station. It was a good base for us as we checked out the areas across the water. It is a little far from both airports with each taking about 1.5 hours to get to but we felt the location was worth the time.
The room's decor was a bit aged but charming. The beds were comfy and you can get extra pillows here. The room ran a bit warm during our stay but it was a bit noisy outside with frequent tram trains and restaurants below so we kept the window shut. They do have air conditioning and a radiator but we felt the AC wasn't worth turning on during a cool stay in December. Our neighbours were a bit noisy and it kept my wife up but I had no issues sleeping. It was moderately inconvenient when the restaurant decided to pop their new year's eve decorations at 1 in the morning. The bathroom was good and clean with good shower pressure, soft towels and we appreciated the warming rack for the towels. They provide soap and shampoo in dispensers in the shower.
The breakfast was decent enough to start the day. They had enough to do a Turkish style breakfast and most options were pretty light. They had some hot items like sausage, scrambled eggs and other options that changed daily. They also had an area for cold items like cheese, labneh, yoghurt, vegetables and some cold cuts. They had a limited selection of fruit with some oranges and apples. They also had coffee, tea, juice and water. I had an early check out on my last day and they made me a nice bagged lunch to go to the airport with and have me a big can of juice which was very nice. The hotel provides bottled water for guests as well as lots of tea for in room use.
The hotel has a restaurant on site and a small outdoor patio that is open for lunch, dinner and late dinner. They have some spa and massage treatments that you can book at the front desk. There are quite a few bath, restaurants, shops and other experiences nearby. People in the area are very friendly, welcoming and will invite you into their shop or restaurant...frequently.
