Hotels met Pools in West Java, Indonesia

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

We verbleven in een Club King-kamer en waren erg onder de indruk van het ontbijt en de afternoon tea. Je merkt echt de aandacht voor detail en de moeite die in het eten en de service is gestoken. De hotelfaciliteiten zijn uitstekend en in combinatie met het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen was de algehele ervaring zeer ontspannend en aangenaam. Het enige minpuntje was de geluidsisolatie van de kamer, want 's nachts was het geluid van de aangrenzende kamer behoorlijk merkbaar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Secara keseluruhan pengalaman menginap di hotel ini cukup baik. Pelayanannya ramah dan stafnya bersikap sopan kepada tamu. Namun dalam beberapa situasi terlihat bahwa ketika ada hal yang tidak mereka ketahui, kebingungannya cukup terlihat sehingga informasi yang diberikan kurang meyakinkan. Mungkin ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari sisi pelatihan staf. Untuk fasilitas hotel secara umum tergolong lengkap, bersih, dan nyaman. Area kamar maupun fasilitas lainnya cukup terawat sehingga memberikan pengalaman menginap yang cukup menyenangkan. Namun ada beberapa catatan khusus untuk tipe kamar rooftop. Pada bagian kamar mandi, area toilet duduk terpisah dan tidak dilengkapi exhaust fan. Walaupun terdapat ventilasi, bau dari area tersebut masih cukup terasa sehingga agak mengganggu kenyamanan. Selain itu, fasilitas TV juga beberapa kali mengalami kendala karena koneksi WiFi yang sering gagal tersambung ke TV. Koneksi WiFi untuk penggunaan biasa juga terkadang mengalami gangguan atau galat. Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pada bagian balkon kamar rooftop. Balkon tidak memiliki penutup seperti hordeng atau tirai sehingga terasa cukup terbuka. Selain itu, kedap suara kamar kurang optimal sehingga suara dari lapangan di luar masih cukup terdengar dari dalam kamar. Untuk akses menuju lokasi hotel, agak membingungkan karena tidak terdapat plang atau penanda hotel yang cukup jelas di area sekitar. Selain itu, petunjuk dari Google Maps juga sempat mengarahkan ke lokasi yang kurang tepat sehingga beberapa kali tersasar sebelum akhirnya menemukan hotelnya. Akan lebih membantu jika tersedia penanda yang lebih jelas di area sekitar. Terlepas dari beberapa kekurangan tersebut, secara umum hotel ini tetap nyaman untuk menginap. Dengan sedikit peningkatan pada fasilitas, konektivitas internet, serta penunjuk lokasi hotel, pengalaman menginap tentu bisa menjadi jauh lebih baik.

De medewerkersservice vanaf de auto-ingang tot de bagagebezorgservice naar de kamer was allemaal bevredigend. Het ontbijt is super compleet en heeft veel variatie. Het ontbijtpersoneel was allemaal vriendelijk en vuile borden werden snel van de tafel verwijderd. Het hoteluitzicht is geweldig... Gebakken bananen zonder bloem zijn mijn favoriet. Toen er een aardbeving van 5,8 op de recterschaal plaatsvond, was al het personeel alert, kalm en behendig om alle gasten bij het verzamelpunt te verzamelen en aan alle gasten een mededeling te doen over de toestand die zich had voorgedaan. Bedankt GH universal, hopelijk blijven er meer gasten overnachten.

Geweldig! Het personeel in het restaurant en bij de receptie is fantastisch. De gang ruikt heerlijk. De kamer is geweldig. We zijn er dol op. Het uitzicht is gewoonweg adembenemend. Dineren in het restaurant 's avonds is zeker de moeite waard.

Het was erg leuk om het weekend met familie door te brengen in éL Hotel Bandung. Vanaf het moment dat we bij het hotel aankwamen, werden we zeer hartelijk begroet door de loopjongen en het personeel en hielpen ons snel met het dragen van onze koffers. Het check-in proces was eenvoudig, we kregen een kamer in 1048 condotel met lits-jumeaux en uitzicht op het zwembad. De hotellobby is vrij ruim, veel mooie banken, er staan ​​ook Sundanese gamelan, angklung, degung en wayang golek netjes opgesteld bij de hotelreceptionist. Ook al is het een vrij oud hotel, het onderhoud is zeer goed, de airco is koud, het water is warm en het bad functioneert goed. Schone, brede, zachte en dikke handdoeken. Het ontbijt bestaat uit veel menukeuzes, variërend van westerse menu's tot Indonesische gerechten. Wat betreft de smaak vind ik het heerlijk, maar het komt neer op individuele smaak. Ook is hier een kindvriendelijk zwembad aanwezig, met warm water en koud water. Ook de spoelruimte beschikt over warm water. De locatie van het hotel is zeer strategisch, dicht bij Jalan Braga, Bandung City Square, Asia Afrika. Bedankt eL Hotel Bandung. De volgende keer, als we weer een verblijf in Bandung hebben, zullen we hier weer komen.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time. Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁 It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

Nice hotel. Near restaurant at Lembang, so sad they allowed smoking in the pool where a lot of children swimming, should be consider to place smoking area further. Overall good
