Hotels met Gym in North Sumatra, Indonesia

Dit is mijn vierde of vijfde verblijf in Medan. We blijven er normaal gesproken drie nachten of langer. De service en alles is perfect, er is niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijt voldoet altijd aan onze verwachtingen. Het bed is goed en zeer comfortabel. Ik kom in mei 2026 zeker terug.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

We verbleven in Grand City Hall Medan voor een zakenreis en waren onder de indruk van het comfort en de efficiëntie. De locatie is centraal, de kamers zijn schoon en rustig en het personeel is professioneel. De uitstekende faciliteiten en snelle wifi maakten mijn verblijf productief en aangenaam. Een absolute aanrader voor zakenreizigers.

The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

Karibia Hotel is located near the Kesawan area (the old city of Medan), making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. There are also plenty of artisan cafés around. If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

Het is een prima plek met comfortabele bedden en een verkoelende airconditioning. Het probleem is echter dat de ventilator niet goed gemonteerd is en trilt als een suikerrietpers. Verder is er niets mis met de kamer. Er is een welkomstdrankje, maar om dat te claimen moet je naar een lounge op de t****e verdieping. Daar krijg je een menukaart en wordt je gevraagd een drankje te kiezen. Pas nadat je een drankje van de kaart hebt besteld, brengen ze het welkomstdrankje en zeggen ze dat het ook onderweg is. Ik denk eerlijk gezegd dat het een trucje of oplichting is. Erg teleurgesteld.

Ik boekte Hotel Aryaduta Medan via Trip.com en het hele proces verliep soepel en probleemloos. De boeking was eenvoudig, de aangeboden prijs was concurrerender dan op andere platforms en de bevestiging kwam direct. Tijdens het inchecken waren er geen problemen. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is gunstig gelegen in het stadscentrum, vlakbij winkelcentra en restaurants. De kamer was ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Het ontbijt bood een ruime keuze aan zowel lokale als internationale gerechten. Het zwembad en de andere faciliteiten waren ook ideaal voor gezinnen. Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden over mijn ervaring met Trip.com en mijn verblijf in Hotel Aryaduta Medan. Ik zou Trip.com zeker weer gebruiken voor toekomstige boekingen.

One of the best hotels, offering comfortable beds and warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of choices, from Indonesian specialties to Western dishes.
