Goede locatie. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze deelden een wechat zodat we konden communiceren en om dingen konden vragen. Brachten tassen naar onze kamer. Ontbijt was goed. Ze bereidden zelfs een ontbijt voor ons op de t****e dag toen we vroeg moesten vertrekken voor een vlucht en het ontbijt zouden missen. Kamer was leuk.

De locatie van het hotel is top, direct naast metrostation Jianguo North Road. De lobby is indrukwekkend en ruim. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, met een smart toilet, elektrische gordijnen en een Xiaodu assistent en zelfs een slimme bezorgrobot voor eten. De kamer was lekker warm, de badkamer was geurvrij en de douche had voldoende waterdruk. Het ontbijtaanbod was ook erg uitgebreid. Ik zou hier zeker weer verblijven.

It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

I had the best experience at Wucheng Yijing Song Hotel (Guzicheng Pedestrian Street) Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable🥳🩷

Ik ging erheen op de t****e dag van het Chinese Nieuwjaar. De kamer was prima en de service bij de receptie was uitstekend. Ze begroetten me met een glimlach, niet met een neppe, en waren erg gastvrij. Na het inchecken begeleidden ze me zelfs persoonlijk naar de lift. Hoewel de kamer aan de zuidkant, met uitzicht op het vervallen gebouw, lawaai maakte van de airconditioning, belde ik om over te stappen naar de andere kant, waar alleen de negende verdieping beschikbaar was. Het personeel dat me de kamer liet zien, was ook erg gastvrij. De kamer was schoon en het uitzicht vanuit het raam was erg mooi. De oude stad Yangming ligt aan de overkant van de straat, rechts. Het Yuyao Museum ligt iets verderop aan de linkerkant, maar nog steeds in de buurt. De ondergrondse parkeergarage van het hotel was ook vrij leeg, dus er zijn geen kosten verbonden aan een verblijf in het hotel. Maar mijn grootste klacht is!!! Het Chinese restaurant op de eerste verdieping van het hotel: Yao Jiang Chun! Er kwamen ook gasten van buitenaf en hotelgasten eten. We konden geen reservering krijgen voor lunch of diner, dus liet ik mijn nummer achter om die avond in de rij te staan. Mijn kind was moe van het spelen en sliep op de kamer, dus ik vroeg niet of er nog zitplaatsen waren. Toen hij rond zes uur wakker werd, belde ik. Aanvankelijk zeiden ze dat er geen zitplaatsen waren. Ik zei dat ik in de rij had gestaan, maar toen zeiden ze van wel. Ik vroeg waarom ze het me niet vertelden, en ze zeiden dat ze het te druk hadden. Ze zeiden dat het een kleine, krappe tafel was. Ik vroeg of we er met z'n tweeën aan konden zitten. Ze zeiden van wel, wat ik prima vond. Dus uiteindelijk zetten we een kleine tafel tussen vier grote ronde tafels voor tien personen. ”Oké, prima, want het is Chinees Nieuwjaar.” Maar toen het tijd werd om de bestelling op te nemen, was de man onprofessioneel. Ik dacht: ”Ik bestel en eet gewoon vroeg; ik moet nog naar het Lantaarnfestival van de Oude Stad.” Maar wat me echt kwaad maakte, was! Het eten kwam niet nadat ik een half uur had gewacht. Ik vroeg het twee of drie keer, maar ze bleven maar doorgaan. Ik werd woedend en zei dat ik absoluut een slechte recensie over Ctrip ging schrijven. Wat is dat voor een houding? Het is niet alleen traag, maar ik heb het ook al meerdere keren gevraagd, en er kwam geen antwoord. Ik moest het zelf ook meerdere keren vragen. Daardoor kwamen er tijdens mijn uitbarsting verschillende obers naar me toe om te vragen wat er aan de hand was. Een van hen rende naar de keuken, en toen kwam het eten meteen. Kijk naar foto's 8 en 9: drie gerechten plus een bord Liangnong dagao, meer dan 180 yuan. De smaak was de prijs niet waard, dus ik at mijn bord leeg en betaalde de rekening! Oké, de ober rende naar me toe, maar na vijf minuten kreeg ik geen antwoord. Ik riep een andere ober, en die zei dat ik naar de receptie moest om te betalen. Ik zei: ”Wat? Waarom heeft die man niets gezegd? Waar is hij gebleven?” Terwijl ik aan het praten was, stond ik op en liep naar de receptie. Onderweg kwam ik de receptioniste tegen die de automaat pakte om de rekening te betalen. Ik zag een servicekosten van meer dan 30 yuan? En thee? Ik vroeg: ”Rekenen jullie nog steeds servicekosten? Wat voor service?” Ze schrapte het voor me. Ik was woedend. Terug in de oude stad aten mijn kinderen nog een kom rundvleesnoedels bij een noedelzaak, meer dan 30 yuan. Het was echt beter om gewoon voor de noedels naar de oude stad te komen. Ik had gehoord dat dit restaurant goed was, dus besloot ik het tijdens de feestdagen te proberen. Maar wat maakt het uit! Ik ga er nooit meer terug! De roomservice in het hotel is goed, maar het restaurant is ronduit slecht!!! Het ontbijt was op de t****e verdieping, met een ruime keuze aan gerechten en voldoende zitplaatsen. Ik was over het algemeen tevreden. Het personeel was erg goed, typisch voor een hotel.

The rooms were a little older than in the pictures. Loved the service and location. It was always clean and tidy in our room when we came back to the room. In overall a very good stay.

The place I stayed at is a universal hotel. As I walked into the hotel lobby and was worried about how to talk to the staff, an enthusiastic employee approached me with a smile. She greeted me in fluent English and asked me about my requirements. At that moment, my heart fell to the ground for a moment. I thought it would be difficult to communicate, but with her help, things went smoothly. This unobstructed exchange gave me confidence in my journey to China. I had a conversation with the staff during the check-in process. I told her that I wanted to see the places where Chinese people enjoy themselves and feel the atmosphere of local life. She did not hesitate to recommend me the Binwang Night Market, which has the most fireworks display in the area. She introduced me to the features of the night market with a variety of food and a variety of goods, as well as lively street performances. Her explanation filled me with expectations for the Binwang Night Market, as if I saw a lively scene of people coming and selling at the night market. What's even more touching is that when I mentioned that my charging was confiscated at the airport, she immediately picked up her mobile phone to help clean my filling. She handed me the charger, smiled and said, ”You have to use this first, don't worry about money.” Said. At that moment, I was deeply moved by her enthusiasm and kindness. When I received such enthusiastic help from a foreign country, I felt warm like home. This left a deep impression on me. It showed the kindness and kindness of the Chinese people.
