Very good hotel for small money!!! Bit old but everything is working. I paid cheap 25e per night for two person with breakfast so for this price quality was excellent!!! If you dont expect too much for sure u gonna be happy!!!

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

adorei a estadia, lugar bem localizado, vim pelo maps, e me jogou em outro local, encontrei com o waze. Comida gostosa, cama e travesseiros perfeitos, entramos no quarto e o cheiro estava maravilhoso, tudo muito limpinho e organizado, com certeza voltarei e indicarei!

O local é super bem localizado, os quartos são grandes porém as camas não são muito novas e nem confortáveis, a limpeza tbm razoável, café da manhã mediano, mais pelo valor super compensa, agora que o que acredito que seja um valor alto de mais é o estacionamento que custa 55 reais por diária e não é no hotel tem que deixar o carro em frente ao hotel com o pisca alerta e risco de pegar uma multa!

Atendimento no café da manhã e o café da manhã é ótimo!
Limpeza deixa a desejar, tinha um rabicó cheio de cabelos do hóspede anterior no meu quarto.
Check in é cedo (11 horas) e pedi se poderia ficar na estrutura do hotel logo após esse horário, porque estava chovendo, e fui questionada pelo atendente até que horas eu ficaria (insinuando que eu não poderia ficar muito tempo). Mas no final das contas fiquei por horas lá sem nenhum problema.

Hotel de excelente padrão. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o restaurante. Jantar não foi bom e no café da manhã as duas máquinas de café estavam estragadas, sendo q o café só era servido em pequenas térmicas.
De resto, tudo perfeito.

GGuest UserAccessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe.
The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

Ssss_Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable.
The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

GGuest UserI had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGuest UserI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

AAnaThe hotel is in a very good location. I stayed there 3 different times and the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is pretty standard and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. I would stay there again, it is comfortable and convenient. Wish all room categories would have robes and slippers available.
