We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism. Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free. We would love to come back to this hotel again.

As frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel. Staff Service: The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning. Laundry & Amenities: The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan. Room Quality & Layout: We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintained—a crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

We zijn met mijn ouders overgestapt van het Andaz naar het Swissôtel. Mijn ouders vonden dat het Swissôtel veel uitgebreidere faciliteiten had, inclusief een sauna bij het zwembad. Het water was op de juiste temperatuur en het zwembad was groot genoeg. Ik wil vooral het ontbijt in het Xin Nan Xuan op de derde verdieping van het hotel prijzen; de kwaliteit was zelfs beter dan de meeste dim sum in Guangdong. Er was 's nachts een vervelend incident op de parkeerplaats tijdens ons verblijf, maar gelukkig heeft het hotel ons tijdig geïnformeerd, zodat onze plannen voor de volgende dag niet werden beïnvloed. De hygiëne van het hotel was niet zo slecht als in sommige recensies vermeld; voor een hotel dat al vele jaren open is, waren de staat van de kamers en de hygiëne uitstekend.

I had a pleasant and satisfactory stay at the InterContinental Fuzhou. The rooms are very spacious, and I especially liked the clever sliding divider that allows you to separate the bathroom area when needed. Breakfast was abundant with a good variety of options, and the service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with the metro entrance just a 3-minute walk away.

I booked this hotel by accident and last minute, but fortunately the hotel was amazing, reasonable price, complete facilities, and make my stay amazing and comfort. all the hectic days in airport was gone. this hotel very recommended if you want layover a while to Fuzhou Airport.

Family of 5 stayed in 2 rooms. 1. Style: Perfect blend of cultural architecture with modern comfortable living. Very impressive! 2. Location: Excellent, within the cultural heart of Fuzhou Walking distance to famous pedestrian shopping belt. 3. Room: Overall thoughtful and quality furnishings. 4. Service: Attentive and caring, special attention re served to elderly guests with mobility issues. Owners were on-site on check in and helped with our luggage even though they are well staffed. Great leadership! 5. Breakfast: Subjective, good variety, however being a coffee connoisseur, quality of breakfast coffee has a lot of room for improvement. Overall: Highly recommended, will stay again!

Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!

在白茶小鎮路過閑逛，本來沒想住。看到這家新開的酒店，打算進去看看，一進大堂，前台的小帥哥小美女就熱情的介紹，還帶着我上樓看了2個房間，詳細的介紹房間佈局。房間佈局合理，洗手枱，馬桶間，淋浴間分開，全新的設施和布草，淋浴間洗浴護三套都是香薰的，洗手枱的洗手液和身體液也是同一品牌香薰的，這個我很喜歡。很多酒店就沒有護髮素和身體乳。另外戳中我的是，茶吧贈送的4款茶，到了白茶小鎮怎能不品茶，也藴含了酒店的名字“白茶境鸞鳴文化酒店”的主題。整個酒店設計的貼合白茶境界文化，還有免費閲讀的刊物。住進來十分舒適，喝茶，洗澡，床品舒服，這三項已經很滿意。我們辦入住的功夫，前台的小夥子已經把行李給送到了房間，幫忙打開了空調！小姑娘詳細的告訴我晚上去哪裡吃飯，真是如沐春風！第二天的早餐，餐廳服務員彬彬有禮又殷勤的服務，菜品不算多因為淡季，開了一半自助，也挺豐富，五穀雜糧，湯麪，豆漿，小菜都有。看着大投影聽聽新聞，愉悦的用完早餐。依依不捨的告別了點頭鎮。下次來還會選這裏，身體和心情都等到了放鬆。

One of my most enjoyable stay not just in Fujian, but in China! I had stayed in hotels that offer lesser but cost premium. This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past. I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there! Ps: I did not take many pics as the photos were exactly as taken in the pics provided.

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.
