Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo.

Hoewel het ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde is, is elk ontbijt heerlijk, vooral de desserts! Het regende op de terugweg, dus ik kon de metro nemen zonder de deur uit te gaan. Beneden in het hotel is een winkelcentrum, wat erg handig is om te eten en te winkelen. De obers in het hotelrestaurant (ontbijt) zijn beleefder dan die bij de receptie, en de service is beter. De kamer is over het algemeen schoon, maar ik snap niet waarom hij een beetje jeukt als je op de stoffen ”bank” zit! Als je lotion, gezichtsreiniger, enz. nodig hebt, kun je die halen bij het buffet tussen het (ontbijt)restaurant en de receptie. Al met al 90 van de 100 punten!

The housekeeping service is not professional, they placed our pyjamas and personal items originally in bed next to our suitcase wheels (and other not clean area) while they changed bed sheets for us. Then we asked for laundry service of those items, the next day they returned the items to us, and half of them were still wet. We were quite frustrated by this . Also the locker room arrangement system was not updated effectively: My room number was updated for upgrade and obviously my assigned ski locker was not tied to the updated room #, then one night, i found my ski locker was emptied out! (because they thought i had checked out, based on the old incorrect room number). Luckily their staffs kept my stuffs and i found them back... Other than that, we are satisfied with the facility/ reception staff service/ location. We are especially satisfied w the staff - Harry for his servicem

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

Location: Within the airport international terminal. Short indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calm, quiet and friendly. Warm welcome. Full of artistic features. Rooms: Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Amenities: Library. Tea House and Onsen Breakfast: Lovely breakfast spread. Delicious ramen. We would love to be back.

Best of the Best Hotel in Sapporo location is the best specially when u have a lot luggage the airport bus limousine is infront of the hotel near everything like sapporo clock tower , nijo market , shopping mall etct , sapporo train station outside the hotel 1 minute to walk

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.

Het was mijn eerste keer dat ik in een hotel in Sapporo verbleef. De kamer was al behoorlijk krap, dus ik koos voor een rookkamer. Het rook een beetje, maar het was nog steeds erg schoon. De kamer was vrij groot en de locatie was goed. Nakajima Het ligt op 5 minuten van station Koen, op 30 minuten lopen van station Sapporo en op 15 minuten van Tanukikoji. Het is nog steeds erg handig. Er zijn 3 ontbijtrestaurants om uit te kiezen, die voornamelijk buffetten zijn, met keuze uit westerse en Japanse gerechten. Er zijn ook veel goede restaurants rondom het hotel.

Really new hotel, convenient as it is underground accessible. Would stay there again but do note that the underground is only open at 6am, taking earlier train to airport and you’ll have to walk ok ground level with your luggages to Sapporo Station which could be quite an hassle with the icy slippery floor. Told front desk that there’s old lady with us but they wouldn’t accommodate too. Most probably with security reasons.

A bit on the outskirts of popular places but hotel is cery new and great for families, business people and those who can't get lodging during baseball season or ski season. Very pleased with the place. Wonderful new hotel, directly connected to the JR train and Chuo bus station. Spotted a couple of grannies using the long covered indoor sloped path for strolling exercise early every morning. Good idea. The hotel gym is spacious, well equipped, clean but underused. Transport by bus is easy around Kitahiroshima. No bath in our room but having a hot shower is really fantastic too. Flip over the pillow, there's a surprise on the other side, we liked its firm and textured filling (plastic pebbles or beans?) Room even has a sofabed! Tokou and Coop Elfin supermarkets, the friendly izakaya inside the bus ticketing station are very walkable. Google xlate is your friend here, like Cash & your physical Credit Card is in this area. Working people, friendly gruff guys. Service was prompt, kind and friendly by the assistants at the self check in area. One of the staff seemed surprised to hear that Singapore had no snow but was average 30-32°c and only had rain. Fair deal cos it was my 1st time being in snowy conditions too! Shuttle bus for ES CON Field Stadium every 15 mins from beside the Lawsons of the same building. Pastry shop, Soft Serve shop served quality food at reasonable prices, no wait. It's a wonderful place to stay with kids too. Many families there. A nice place to start exploring from, away from all the crowds and traffic. Good for a slow pace I guess. If you're a Fighters fan, this is the spot for you! Also, I guess in other seasons it is more forgiving too. Snow there is so much cleaner and finer than in Sapporo. Loved it. Next time I'll start my trip from Tomakomai Port and move upwards perhaps and stay a few nights here again.
