Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day.
Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation.
Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious.
Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

Hoewel het ontbijt elke dag hetzelfde is, is elk ontbijt heerlijk, vooral de desserts! Het regende op de terugweg, dus ik kon de metro nemen zonder de deur uit te gaan. Beneden in het hotel is een winkelcentrum, wat erg handig is om te eten en te winkelen. De obers in het hotelrestaurant (ontbijt) zijn beleefder dan die bij de receptie, en de service is beter. De kamer is over het algemeen schoon, maar ik snap niet waarom hij een beetje jeukt als je op de stoffen ”bank” zit! Als je lotion, gezichtsreiniger, enz. nodig hebt, kun je die halen bij het buffet tussen het (ontbijt)restaurant en de receptie. Al met al 90 van de 100 punten!

Overall experience was good, location is excellent. Very convenient to go to and from New Chitose airport by bus, Susukino metro is 5 mins walk. I like that they have coin laundry, vending machine and public bath in the hotel. Water in the public bath was a little too hot (probably over 45oC) but I guess that's normal to Japanese. The only thing I don't like is that the check in time is stiff 15:00 whether the room is vacant or not, but that's still acceptable.

Really new hotel, convenient as it is underground accessible. Would stay there again but do note that the underground is only open at 6am, taking earlier train to airport and you’ll have to walk ok ground level with your luggages to Sapporo Station which could be quite an hassle with the icy slippery floor. Told front desk that there’s old lady with us but they wouldn’t accommodate too. Most probably with security reasons.

Doordat je hoog woont, kun je ver kijken en is het uitzicht vrij breed
Groot badhuis van 25F, wasmachines met muntinworp (drie in totaal)
Ontbijt is gevarieerd, maar niet erg aantrekkelijk
Beddengoed is goed en comfortabel
Was- en droogstangen zijn aanwezig in de kamer
Er wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt, als je nieuwe handdoeken nodig hebt, kun je dat bij de receptie vragen of bellen
De verlichting in de kamer is niet erg helder
De omgeving is oké
Er zijn een paar kleine speelvoorzieningen voor kinderen buiten het hotel (schommels, glijbanen, enz.)

Het was mijn eerste keer dat ik in een hotel in Sapporo verbleef. De kamer was al behoorlijk krap, dus ik koos voor een rookkamer. Het rook een beetje, maar het was nog steeds erg schoon. De kamer was vrij groot en de locatie was goed. Nakajima Het ligt op 5 minuten van station Koen, op 30 minuten lopen van station Sapporo en op 15 minuten van Tanukikoji. Het is nog steeds erg handig. Er zijn 3 ontbijtrestaurants om uit te kiezen, die voornamelijk buffetten zijn, met keuze uit westerse en Japanse gerechten. Er zijn ook veel goede restaurants rondom het hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Hotel Sapporo during my trip to Hokkaido.
The location is excellent — close to the Susukino area, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and the subway.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, much larger than most city hotels in Japan.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant.
The hotel also provides convenient parking and luggage storage, which made our road trip so much easier.
We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches in the room.
After long days exploring Sapporo and nearby attractions, it felt like coming home.
Overall, it’s great value for money and ideal for families or travelers visiting Hokkaido.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Sapporo!

AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.
The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.
My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

GGuest UserThe hotel management is really poor. The public hot spring always has a sticky film on top, and there were foreign objects in the large pool where people lie down, almost cutting my skin. The worst part is that these things can't be removed. The day after soaking, my feet were incredibly itchy, probably due to a fungal infection. People with tattoos and whatnot were also soaking, and no one seemed to care. At 9 AM, staff members were walking around the hot spring area in outdoor snow boots, which was absolutely disgusting. And the funniest thing is, you have to take off your shoes when entering this hotel, and you're not allowed to wear slippers inside the entire hotel. I won't even mention the insufficient floor heating; walk around in socks for a bit, and white socks turn grey. Luggage can be wheeled through freely, so just imagine how dirty it must be. The dinner buffet was mediocre. I ordered a glass of red wine and had a headache all day afterward. The breakfast buffet the next day, however, was decent. I probably won't go back and hope they seriously improve their management. Don't tarnish the Tsuruga brand.

The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏

BB.V.For us it is the second time in this wonderful hotel and every time it is like living a dream: it feels like being in a bubble thanks to all the well-being in which you are immersed. You are pampered by every service present and by the kindness of the staff, which makes you feel at home. The food is simply divine and you would just like to have a more spacious stomach so you could taste more and more. Nature is unsurpassed, every day you find yourself meeting spectacular creatures even just going out a short distance away. You will not find a similar place in all of Japan, where man meets nature in a perfect combination of balance, harmony and deep respect. We hope to be able to return a third time and relive this beautiful dream again. Thank you for everything Kitakobushi Shiretoko Hotel!

I stayed in the main building, which unfortunately doesn't have a lake view, but apparently the annex offers one! The underground onsen (hot spring) has a nice layout with multiple pools. It took about two hours to get here by bus from Kushiro.

LLost1881This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated above Cocono with a mall and cinema downstairs. It's seamlessly connected to Susukino subway station underground. I took the airport bus from New Chitose to Minami 3-jo, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Sapporo isn't very big, so most places are only one or two stops away by subway, or even walkable if you're up for it. Dining and shopping options are very convenient; Tanukikoji is close by, and there's a *** (likely referring to a convenience store or similar, but kept as is since it's unclear) not far downstairs. When leaving, the airport bus stop is just across the street, a 2-minute walk, making trips to the airport super convenient. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, with main dishes rotated daily, including roast meat bowls, Wagyu beef bowls, and seafood bowls. I booked a larger twin room, and it was indeed more spacious than typical rooms, with enough space to open luggage. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Sapporo.

GGuest UserThis resort is located on the mountaintop and offers many snow activities. We had a great time playing in the snow in the afternoon! As someone from the south, I've never seen so much thick snow before! The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, though the food options are limited. We tried the Michelin-starred Teppanyaki, and the service was excellent, and the taste was pretty good! However, the Japanese breakfast was just average.

GGuest UserOverall, it was great! The hotel is very new, and the amenities, which include Pola products, a folding comb, and cotton pads, are self-service. The hot spring has hot, cold, and outdoor pools, and the pajamas are really thick and cozy.
The family room was perfect for our family of four. However, probably because it was the off-season, breakfast only offered Japanese, Western, and vegetarian options. We stayed for eight nights and had the exact same breakfast eight times... though it was delicious, haha!
